Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuestra habitación era enorme y las camas muy cómodas, la piscina da mucho juego y que haya una zona para niños es un punto a favor

La limpieza se podría mejorar, por el precio de una noche se agradecería en verano al menos un botellín de agua de cortesía

Das Reinigungspersonal leistet ganze Arbeit. Die Matratze ist super bequem.

Cons:

Es gibt im Zimmer wenig Komfort. Ein Stuhl am Schreibtisch für ein Doppelzimmer und zu wenig Bügel.
Für längeren Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen, sollte man eine Suite in Betracht ziehen. Allerdings für diesen Preis, findet man näher zum Strand oder Valencia City andere gleichwertige Unterkünfte. Es spricht nur das Personal an der Rezeption englisch. Den Pool darf man nur mit Badekappe (Kauf 3,00€) nutzen. Zum Frühstück gibt es immer das gleiche. Auswahl ist nicht üppig und nicht qualitativ, wenig gesunde Sachen.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y confortable. El personal era encantador. La entrada era a las 16h y llegamos a las 13h. Nos dijeron que hasta las 13.30h no estaría lista la habitación y en cuestión de 10 minutos pudieron asignarnos una para que no esperasemos. Solicité plato de ducha por un problema que tengo de movilidad y me lo asignaron sin problemas. Todo fue genial.
