Verzorgd hotel op een goede locatie voor het oude stadsgedeelte
Pros:

Goede locatie vlakbij het oude centrum. Goed werkende airco. Fietsverhuur in hotel aan 10 euro per dag. Vriendelijk personeel. Verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

Klein bed met maar 1 donsdeken. 2 donsdekens is aangenamer. Gordijnen zijn wat klein voor de ramen waardoor er snel licht naar binnenkwam.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y el personal muy amable

Cons:

El dormitorio muy chico e incómodo . No se condice con las habitaciones que muestran . El TV a un costado de la cama no sirve para nada porque no se puede ver .

Modern room but not very good shower
Pros:

My room was very modern, and very nice. The fixtures and fittings were very nice, and there was a long, comfortable sofa in it. It was very large and the bathroom was very modern and looked new.

The breakfast was very good. The pastries are fresh and hot. I recommend the raspberry muffin - it was delicious!

Cons:

Although the bathroom looked modern, the shower was not good. It was just a hand held shower. First time I used it, water got everywhere. It flooded the bathroom, and came out quite far into my bedroom too. I wasn’t best pleased when I went downstairs and the receptionist gave me a stack of ten towels, and basically told me to deal with it myself. After that, I realised it was commando showers, ie I had to turn the shower off in between soaping to avoid water getting everywhere. Even then, I still got water on the floor in the bathroom.

The lift is very slow. If you are not carrying luggage that requires a lift, I would recommend using the stairs. The stairs do not have a bannister, which is a bit dangerous.

The friendliness of the staff was a bit hit and miss. One lady was very friendly, but there was one who said nothing to you at all when you walked past the reception - not even a hello.

Très bon emplacement, et petit hôtel avec peu de chambre, on se sent chez soi.

Cons:

Pas de stores, et les rideaux n'occultent pas suffisamment la lumière, le voyant lumineux de la télé est également gênant.

Eccezionale boutique hotel
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale a ridosso del centro,proprio al fondo della via pedonale. Ragazze alla reception tanto gentili, upgrade della camera gratuito, letto comodo e grande, colazione non abbondante, ma buona e assolutamente più che sufficiente. Una chicca: prodotti da bagno L'Occitane en Provence, sempre il top! Incantevole boutique hotel da consigliare assolutamente!

Lovely friendly hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff at the Bloom Hotel were very helpful and friendly. They were super helpful with all of our requests and made us feel very valued customers. Breakfast was to a very high standard with a good selection of food and drinks giving us a great start to the day.
Room was very comfortable and clean.
