Pros:

Das Zimmer war vollkommen ausreichend. Allerdings gab es sehr wenig Ablagefläche. Das Personal war sehr nett. Besonders im Spa -Bereich und ganz besonders beim Frühstück im Wolkenlos. Es war immer alles ausreichend vorhanden. Ein ganz dickes Lob an den Service im Wolkenlos 👍👍👍

Cons:

Über die Parkgebühren bin ich etwas entsetzt.
Da der Parkplatz zum Haus gehört finde ich es überteuert.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Blut vom vorherigen Urlauber noch an der Bettwäsche. Badezimmer war komplett ekelig.

Entgegenkommen des Personals bei Beschwerde

Cons:

Zustand vom Zimmer - es war schmutzig , nebst Speisseresten auf dem Balkon. Preis Leistung bei 4 Sternen nicht gegeben, auf das Hochladen von Fotos verzichte ich, möchte ich selber nicht mehr ansehen.

Die gute Lage, das Frühstück, das Serviceteam beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Eingang war nicht sehr einladend, Dreck in den Ecken, es stand fast immer dreckige Wäsche im Flur. Im Zimmer war die Sitzfläche eines Stuhl, übersät mit Flecken. Ein Handtuch war von vornherein schon dreckig. Auch könnten bei der Reinigung vom Zimmer, mal die benutzen Gläser ausgetauscht werden.

Frühstück war sehr reichhatlig

Cons:

Sauberkeit in den ersten Tagen kein Service ,250 m bis zum Haupthaus zum Frühstücken,im Regen sehr ärgerlich.

Lage und das herausragende Frühstück

Cons:

Kissen extrem hart und nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, hatten Zimmer 2 in der Villa Strandperle, Zimmertür war mit Rollwagen( dreckige Wäsche) versperrt und morgens um 6 Uhr wurden die Wagen abgeholt und die Nacht war vorbei
