Climatisation en panne .Nous avons fait une demande pour notre arrivée celle-ci a été faites mais très mal

J’ai trouvé les chambres propres et confortables, et le personnel était très professionnel et attentionné. Le service est globalement de bonne qualité.
En revanche, mon séjour a été marqué par un problème important de climatisation. Dès la première nuit, la clim est tombée en panne. Nous avons attendu environ 4 heures avant l’arrivée d’un technicien, qui est intervenu vers minuit. Pendant son intervention, toute l’électricité de la chambre a été coupée, et nous avons dû patienter encore environ 45 minutes avant qu’un second technicien n’arrive. Il nous a expliqué que le problème venait de la climatisation et que le filtre devait être remplacé. L’intervention a duré encore une trentaine de minutes. Malheureusement, le lendemain, le même problème s’est reproduit.
À ce moment-là, j’ai demandé à changer de chambre, car je ne souhaitais pas revivre la même situation. L’hôtel a accepté de nous reloger, ce que j’ai apprécié. En revanche, on nous avait également promis un geste commercial pour s’excuser des désagréments, mais une fois la chambre changée, plus rien n’a été proposé.
J’ai également trouvé que la communication pouvait être améliorée. Il fallait souvent revenir plusieurs fois pour obtenir une information ou un suivi, ce qui n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes que l’on peut avoir dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais je l’ai trouvé peu varié pour un établissement de ce standing.

One of the best stays ever. Staff are unbelievably kind, friendly and efficient. Beautifully clean and maintained. The planting scheme is truly special, pool is lush and natural, almost like a lake. Food is absolutely delicious and varied
The breakfast is very special, fresh fruit, pastries, food cooked to order, fresh orange juice.
Gin bar with firepit is amazing, brilliant staff and bar manager . So many spots to watch the sunset.
Spa is huge and v relaxing.
Beachfront with pedestrian promenade, complimentary bicycles available, cycle to surf village Tagazout.

Too big and busy, lacked personal service
had a wonderful solo stay at the Fairmont Bay Hotel and highly recommend it. From start to finish, everything was fantastic, the pool was great (i dont know how to swim but i managed to do it, its not too deep and also lifeguards were around at all times), the food was delicious, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.
The property itself is huge, and I actually loved that wandering around and discovering new spots became one of my favorite parts of the trip. It's even better at night, when the whole place takes on a calm peaceful and almost zen as you stroll around.
A special shoutout to Khadija at Beef and Reef, who was incredibly hospitable. She had such a warm, happy energy and treated every guest wonderfully she really made my stay feel special.
I'll definitely be coming back!

Patul a fost unul dintre cele mai confortabile in care am dormit in hoteluri similare, de 5 stele. Serviciile bune, majoritatea personalului atent, micul dejun foarte bun. Per total am avut un sejur foarte placut si cu siguranta vom lua in calcul sa revenim.
Spa-ul a fost dezamagitor: hammam-ul nu era functional, iar accesul la piscina cu magneziu, sauna si jacuzzi era conditionat de plata unor tratamente SPA, altfel nu aveai acces. Am cumparat un tratament "Signature" care a fost absolut ingrozitor si prost executat de personal nepregatit, dar macar au fost amabili si mi l-au scos de pe nota de plata in urma plangerilor.
