מלון חדש ויפה מעוצב בטוב טעם חדרים בגודל סביר ומקלחות טובות. יש במלון גם במרפסת הראשית בריכות חמות ופתוחות להנאת האורחים, תענוג להשתמש בהן אחרי יום הליכה . צוות ידידותי ומסביר פנים ונלהב לעזור באמת משהו יוצא דופן.

המזגן בחדר מרעיש מאוד. לשמחתנו לא היינו צריכים מזגן בלילה ולכן לא הפעלנו אותו

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel complex and our room were designed well and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was spotless, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.


Our room was a little compact for our family of four, but we were able to make it work. The facilities, including the gym, hot pools, and guest laundry, were all good and well maintained. After a long day exploring, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, where both the food and service were excellent. Breakfast at the café next door was also of a very high standard.

The only downside, and one that did detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay, was the room's air conditioning. It was surprisingly loud and somewhat clunky, which made it difficult to maintain a peaceful environment, particularly at night. I'm not sure why such a modern hotel has such an outdated and noisy temperature control system. If you're not sensitive to noise, this may not be an issue, but it was noticeable for us.

The complimentary underground parking was secure, easily accessible, and a real bonus.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. With quieter, more modern air conditioning, this hotel would have been without fault.

Overall, the hotel was good, but there were a few things that were disappointing. For a room that costs around $1,000 per night, I expected more attention to basic amenities.

There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the room. Even more surprising, coffee and tea were only available at the reception. The room had no coffee machine, and no complimentary tea or coffee at all. As a result, the room felt a bit empty and lacked the comfort you would expect from a hotel in this price range.

I hope the hotel will consider improving these small details, as they make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

Lovely hotel to relax
Pros:

Great hotel with amazing views on to the mountains from the terrace, which is open until 11pm. You can sit in the hot pools and admire the view. The hotel gave us a bus pass for Bunff for the duration of our stay
