Pros:

The staff on check-in were very pleasant and helpful.. The room was a good size with a balcony, and the beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom.and shower. Just a 15 minute stroll into the town or a free shuttle if you prefer. Lovely restaurant on site.

Cons:

It's a bit pricey, but no more than other similar hotels in the area.

My stay was very short and I asked for slippers and they did not provided me !!!

Beautiful hotel, close enough to Banff but away from the business. Great stay!
Pros:

Really beautiful hotel, loved the hot pools on the roof and the sauna, staff were super helpful, food in the restaurant was fabulous. The bus ticket included was a nice touch

Cons:

No ironing board in the room, bar closed at midday and you weren’t allowed to take a drink to have in the lobby next to the fire- you’re missing a trick there

Sehr schönes Hotel in schöner Lage

Cons:

Sehr hochpreisig, Kissen sind katastrophal hoch und sie haben leider auch keine Alternativen. Es gibt auch keine Einmalslipper zum Bademantel, also Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. Das ist schade bei den Preisen.

Location is great. The receptionists are very welcoming and efficient in check in and outs.The rooms are clean and spacious. Love the rain shower heads and the efficiency of the staff room.service. !+¡°Restaurant selection was equally good..

Cons:

There' was nothing to dislike, unfortunately it was more of a disappointment. We were a party of 4 families,occupying 4 rooms
Friends from rm.105 did an early checkout sunday,Sept 23 and accidentally left their work charger..I inquired about the charger late in the afternoon and I was told to return t he following day as the housekeeping have no report of charger
