Location is great. The receptionists are very welcoming and efficient in check in and outs. The rooms are clean and spacious. Love the rain shower heads and the efficiency of the staff room.service. !+¡°Restaurant selection was equally good..
There' was nothing to dislike, unfortunately it was more of a disappointment. We were a party of 4 families, occupying 4 rooms
Friends from rm.105 did an early checkout sunday,Sept 23 and accidentally left their work charger..I inquired about the charger late in the afternoon and I was told to return t he following day as the housekeeping have no report of charger
We loved the convenient location of the hotel, the cozy vibes at its lobby and the wonderful layout of the king suite with a sofa bed, a bar table/kitchenette and the lovely balcony. The staff members were friendly in general but we’d like to give special thanks to Mia at the front desk and Steph at the restaurant. Mia always went the extra mile to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. She has been most professional and helpful giving us useful travelling advice, effectively sorting out the room availability for us (as we had originally booked a triple room with 2 queen beds only which was way too small for 3 people) as well as thoughtfully handling my delayed and damaged luggage on its arrival. On the other hand, Steph was always so welcoming with a gorgeous smile whenever we saw her, doing her best to deliver our meals, whether we were in a rush going out or just back totally exhausted.
Obviously, the housekeeping team could have done better. The compost bin was placed underneath the sink in the cupboard. Apparently it would not be emptied unless we left a note expressly asking the housekeeping team to do so.
On one occasion, our room wasn’t made up at all for the whole day while we were out (without the “quiet time” sign, mind you). When asked to do so in the evening while we headed to dinner, only towels were replaced; the beddings remained untouched and not replaced.
On another occasion, we stayed in the room till afternoon and expressly requested a clean up by dinner time. However when we were back from dinner, nothing had happened to our room. We then had to give up as it was too late by then.
That said, if and when the room was properly made up on normal days, it was brilliantly done.
The views from the hot tubs
The overpricing during peak season is ridiculous
Very modern, clean and although a 20 min walk to the centre the hotel was in a quiet location.
Great bathroom with lovely toiletries .
There was little drawer space to put clothes in.
We were told that tea/ coffee could be ordered in our room from an order sheet …. but it never happened. We had to go and ask reception everyday.
O ar condicionado é pessimamente localizado. Fica a 1 metro de distância da cama diretamente em cima do hóspede.
Ac was so loud could not sleep
温泉は良かったです。
部屋にコーヒーも水もなかったです。立地ももう少し良ければ…と思いました
Nice facilities, clean, modern
Great restaurant & food at Good Folk
Very expensive at $1,000 a night for what you get facilities & service wise. Not even breakfast included.
Our reception welcome was not friendly and not useful (did not offer us coffee option which needs to be ordered for the room, tell us about the hotel services, etc)
The beds are very good. The location of the hotel. The free shuttle bus to downtown Banff. The quality of the coffee.
For the coffee, there was a card with instructions as to what we may prefer to have (coffee, decaf, tea, etc) for the duration of our stay AND to leave it there before 10 am. We did that. When we returned later in the day, the card is gone. But, there was no coffee or cream that we have ordered. We had to go all the way to front desk and ask for our next day's coffee. They did not give us extra ones for the one day after. Feel stingy in providing this to customers.
For the towels, first day, there was two face towels, two hand towels, and bath towels. Next day, they only left 1 face towel, 2 hand towels and bath towels. Third day, there was no hand towels at all. ????
Wonderings : Did someone pocket the coffee, cream, tea? They took my request but didn't provide it. Did someone take the hand towels?? What was the reason for lack of standard supply of towels?
Notice that the washroom's floor feels sticky to my slippers.
The elevators are so slow.
With this kind of price per night, I would have a higher expectation than other hotels. Your hotel should have a higher standard. A clean washroom floor, more standard to the towels supply, provide what they have offered (the coffee, cream and tea) Even providing slippers.
Leuke ligging, functionele kamers, alles in orde
De airco is heel luidruchtig, niet mee te slapen
