Room basic but clean , no safe.
Breakfast disappointing . Not much care or attention from waiting staff . By time our poached eggs arrived the were hard .

Next to a night club noise awful..room next to extractor fan noise awful couldn’t keep window open at all..no where on site to relax get a drink..rooms very compact hard to move around if more than one person.. bath/shower hard to yes unless you get in bath also to get in and out due to fixed screen
The restaurant. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
The price per room fitted our budget.
The hotel didn't have a bar and the were told that we needed to book the restaurant two weeks in advance. We did manage to get a table.
The location was close to a night club and a busy road, with noise into the early hours of the next morning.
The rooms were also warm, with no aircon.

Room clean but a bit old fashioned
It was functional and acceptable. But I’m glad not to be spending more than one night there.
The street level entrance to the building is only into a restaurant whose staff won’t allow you to access the hotel.
No public areas and a very narrow hotel reception.
Breakfast was provided by the restaurant but was solely off a menu with no changes to the plates shown. No cold breakfast buffet. Cereal and toast was charged at an extra £4.50

Property In Great location . Private cat park for people staying is great too .
Didn’t like the horrible smell at reception not sure if it’s a sewage smell /problem they have but it was only in reception when we arrived . Not a great first impression . Wasn’t there the next morning ing when we left .
Location and comfortable
breakfast choice was excellent, food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the shower in the bedroom could do fresh growing around some tiles, the toilet flush was a bit erratic.
