La vue de la chambre était magnifique. La grandeur de notre chambre en coin était parfaite

La dame à l'accueil était désagréable et m'a fait sentir idiote quand elle ne répondait pas à ma question
Des fourmis étaient dans notre chambre.
Il n y avait aucun moyen de couper l'arrivée des rayons de soleil dans la chambre.
L'eau de pluie est entrée dans notre chambre. Quand on nous a proposé une autre chambre, mon mari a dû faire seul la tournée des 2 chambres proposées. L'une avait deux lits simples (pour un couple?) et l'autre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. L'employé de l'accueil n'a pas cru mon mari et lui a dit je vais vous montrer comment elle fonctionne. C'était irrespectueux. Pourquoi ne pas avoir fait la visite avec mon mari?
À plusieurs reprises, on n'a pas été servi par les serveurs du buffet. On devait se lever nous même pour avoir des breuvages ou même des ustensiles.
On a attendu vraiment longtemps dans le café chicha pour finalement partir à la recherche de la personne qui s'en charge et qui était au bar de l'hôtel. C'était décevant de voir que ce n'était pas dans le tout inclu

Le restaurant à la carte était toujours fermé

The staff at this hotel were excellent overall, and the animation team truly stood out — energetic, friendly, and a big part of making our stay enjoyable. The restaurant staff were also good and attentive.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready at check-in, which delayed our arrival. Once inside, we found several problems: the bed frame was broken, the TV didn't work, and the towels provided were dirty. Breakfast was average at best, and the coffee machine felt outdated and worn.
For the price, we expected better basic upkeep and functioning amenities. Hopefully management addresses these issues for future guests.

Séjour excellent. Hôtel très propre, agréable et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. La nourriture est variée et top.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'ensemble des prestations. Un point particulièrement appréciable : les horaires du restaurant sont beaucoup plus larges que dans la plupart des hôtels du secteur, ce qui offre une vraie flexibilité et un confort supplémentaire pendant le séjour.
Les animations sont présentes et contribuent à la bonne ambiance, tout en restant discrètes et jamais envahissantes.
Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
