Only stayed for one night but check in and check out was smooth. The room was big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. We had a delicious breakfast. Good stay. Perfect location for shopping.
The hotel pool is clean and refreshing. Good choices for breakfast. The room was large with a balcony. Good AC and shower functions well.
Just to let people know, there is currently construction happening next door which is loud and disturbing any peace. This starts at 0700 and continues all day.
Upgraded as soon as we arrived! Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food and cocktails were excellent. The location was perfect and the rooms were large and spotlessly clean.

I booked a room to stay with two friends. From the online booking process to the day we checked in, the hotel made sure our needs were met. They even sent a survey to my email asking me if there was anything I needed for my stay. This was a small but thoughtful gesture by the hotel management to accommodate our needs.
A beautiful hotel in the middle of everything. Staff efficient and friendly, lobby busy, always people checking in and out. We had a king size room which was a very good size with tea, coffee etc and free drinks.
Even though this hotel is modern and stylish, it still feels modern and stylish.The lobby is amazing! Gorgeous and luxurious! The door staff are also very helpful and welcoming and it feels very personal. Even when you come back after a long day, the door staff greets you or asks you to come.

I booked a room for my partner's birthday. Checking in was easy. The room was clean compared to other hotels I've been to. The minibar was free and that was a good thing! I loved their service. Very satisfied. The management also provided a free birthday cake. Ordered room service and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also great. If you are looking for good service and delicious food, this is the perfect hotel for you.
A short stopover before heading home after a 3 day trip to Asia and we definitely made the right decision. This hotel is amazing with staff who know how to provide quality customer service and can't stop trying to please you. This hotel is amazing with a great entrance hall and lovely spacious rooms with everything you need and free breakfast, free high speed internet and a very comfortable king size bed.
Indra Angkor Hotel stands firm in providing excellent service and went above and beyond expectations when they upgraded our room to a suite for free. As this was a family trip and our first time in Cambodia, we were very happy to stay in such a warm and friendly environment. For those with small children, they have a nice baby bed. The staff is also amazing (smiling every day). It is also easily accessible, so we could walk around the streets. The food at the restaurant is amazing! My favorite so far - they have great bathroom amenities. My husband loved the wifi in their room.
This was our first trip to Cambodia and the hotel was well located in the city. The staff were very polite and helpful. Especially the concierge who we booked the tour through. The seafood buffet at the restaurant had one of the best seafood selections and was delicious. I will be back again.
It started with a 1 hour chat argument about trying to get them to pick me up. I was only 400mtrs away. I am 71 years old and I ended up walking. but they claim they will give you a free pickup at any bus station or airport.
Next, they said NO to early check in. That was guaranteed by Booking.com. Finally they relented. They were polite when I arrived and the room was nice and the girl at the desk helped carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and nearly impossible to slide open.
When I left 3 staff watched as I lugged my heavy bag down two flight of stairs, step by step, lot of noise. They couldn't be bothered.

Het eten was heerlijk en overtrof mijn verwachtingen, met een ruime keuze aan smakelijke gerechten. Mijn kamer was ruim, brandschoon en zeer comfortabel, met een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en de tuin. Alles aan mijn verblijf was beter dan ik had verwacht: een werkelijk fantastische ervaring.
