Почти все комнаты с видом на море, очень красивые закаты. Удобно расположение. И море!!!

Cons:

Было всего 2 одеяла на 4 человека( на второй день принесли ещё 2), плита :работала только одна сторона маленькая а сковорода огромная, не удобно было готовить омлет.
И самое главное разочарование: БАССЕЙН НЕ ВХОДИТ В СТОИМОСТЬ БРОНИРОВАНИЯ, А ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛИ НАПИСАЛИ ЧТО ДА ЕСТЬ БАССЕЙН 😡
я в принципе из за БАССЕЙНа взяла эту квартиру, так бы я взяла дешевле, а мне впришлось платить за БАССЕЙН 70 шекелей за человека (70×4×4=1120 лишние затраты 😡) теперь я понимаю почему представители пообещали при следующем заказе на прямую ночь бесплатно, хотя ночь стоит дешевле чем я затратила.

Its close the beach.

Cons:

Rooms are dusty and old and dirty. Mattress is extremely uncomfortable (i wouldnt really call it a mattress). Shower head was broken. Shower curtain was too small so bathroom floor was constantly wet. The cupboards stank of mothballs so we couldn't put our clothes there.

The pool is not part of the accommodation and requires an extra entrance fee.

The building is very dodgy and run down. No reception facilities or breakfast as advertised.

Отличное месторасположение, в номере есть все необходимое.
Очень доброжелательный хозяин, несмотря на проблемы с бронированием и оплатой, пошел на встречу и не отменил бронь. Был всегда на связи, если нам что-то было необходимо.
Если говорить о цене-качество, то это идеальное соотношение.
Несмотря на то, что ремонт не свежий и требует обновления, в номере чисто, вся техника в рабочем состоянии.
Благодарим Эфи за помощь и отзывчивость, еще обязательное вернемся.

Замечательный номер. просторный .очень чисто и уютно.. В номере все есть для хорошего отдыха. Компактная кухня со всеми принадлежностями. Предусмотрена даже гладильная доска и утюг.сушилка куда можно повесить вещи. Вид из окна на море просто завораживает особенно закат . Были 3 дня остались очень довольны.

בראשון באפריל היינו אמורים להתארח אצל אפי עד השישי, בגלל המצב הביטחוני שהיה עם המון התראות בצפון ביקשתי לא לבטל אלא לדחות את החופשה היות ואנחנו עם שני ילדות קטנות,שילמתי 2176₪ דיברתי עם אפי וסוכם שנדבר בהמשך לתאריך חדש היות וההזמנה היא ללא אפשרות ביטול( אבל יש מצבים מיוחדים כמו מלחמה למשל שצריך להתחשב באורחים קבועים) עד היום לא קיבלתי שום תשובה מאפי לגבי תאריך חדש למרות שניסיתי ליצור קשר בכל האפשרויות הקיימות ,הוא לא עונה ו2176₪ הלכו לזבל ,האם מלחמה תלויה בי או שיש מקום להתחשבות למרות שההזמנה ללא אפשרות ביטול?

Останавливаемся не первый раз в этом здании, но с Almog Tower в первый раз. Прилетели поздно, заселились в 04 утра все прошло четко ключ был на месте а номер был готов к заселению, все чисто соотношение цена качество лучшее предложение

Sijainti on hyvä, mutta tänä huoneisto jo aika kulunut ja kaipaisi remonttia.
Pros:

Mikäli haluaa olla Haifassa ja meren rannalla, niin sijainti on hyvä. Paikasta on kätevä liikkua autolla, junalla tai bussilla, mihin sitten nyt olet menossa. Rantaan on taas vain parin minuutin matka ja sieltä löytyy mm. useita mukavia ravintoloita.

Cons:

Rakennus kaipaa jo vähän remonttia. Erillisiä, eri omistajien asuntoja on kymmenittäin ja jotkut niistä on remontoitu hyvin, mutta osaa ei oikein millään tavalla. Asunto Almog buildigissä ei sano vielä oikein mitään, vaan pitää varmistua huoneiston kunnosta. Olen vuokrannut rakennuksesta huoneistoja useita kertoja viimeisten vuosien aikana ja kannattaa kiinnittää huomioita vuokraajaan ja tarvittaessa pyytää kuvia juuri siitä huoneistosta, jota on varaamassa, ettei tule pettymystä. Osa huoneistoista on todella hyvässä kunnossa ja ne ovat siistejä. Varustetaso voi olla myös hyvä, muttei kaikissa. Eroja huoneistojen välillä on paljon. Todella tärkeää on myös varmistua sisäänpääsystä ennakkoon. Tarvitset ovikoodin tai avaimen, pelkällä booking. comin varauksella et pääse sisään. Tästäkin on kokemusta. Omistajan pitää toimittaa nämä ja niitä kannattaa pyytää hyvissä ajoin.
