Super Hotel, schlechte Führung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Personal waren wirklich toll und seeeeehr zuvorkommend.
An meinem Geburtsatg wurde ich mit vieleln Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Wirklich toll, sehr familiär und ehrliche Freundlichkeit.
Die Leute haben Spass an ihrer Arbeit.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung müsste viel besser sein. Benutzte Gläser wurden nicht ersetzt, leeres Kleenex auch nicht, erst nach 1 Tag Reklamation.Duschteppich kam jeden Tag neu, Handtücher nicht.
Je nach Uhrzeit kam nur kaltes Wasser im Bad, dafür bekamen wir wenigstens eine Preisreduktion.
Zum Geschäftsführer sage ich nur: ER WAR STEHT S BEMÜHT, nicht Lösungsorientiert, völlig überfordert und nicht Kritikfähig.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, bei geöffneten Fenstern ist der Straßenlärm leider das einzige was störend war
