Great place to stay and worth the money!
Pros:

The staff are friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We received a complimentary lemontea on our arrival which helped with the relaxation due to exhausting trip. Their reception area smells really good and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. They are also very accommodating with our requests to clean the rooms.

None. Overall experience is great.

A leisure holiday in Bangkok.
Pros:

Upon arrival, guests are served with a glass of lemon tea each.
The politeness & sincerity of the hotel staff.
The hotel is clean & near to Pratunam morning market.

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

I like the room smell and the toilet. The smell was so so nice, even though I did not ask for cleaning.
The staff was so polite and helpful, with a smiley face all the time. They even helped us to bring our items each time we came back from shopping. Carry our luggage from and into the Grab also. Thank you for your hospitality.
