A little bit expensive for what they were offering.
Pros:

The hospitality. Very nice people. The food was great and not expensive.

Cons:

The room was quite old. Even though the hotel does not offer room service, the staff should at least have taken out the garbage every day.

Cons:

Les logements ne sont absolument insonorisés et prévus pour des pluies diluviennes (ce qui arrive souvent dans cette zone du Costa Rica). On entend tout et on entend fortement la pluie quand elle tombe sur le toit en tôle toute la nuit!! L’humidité extérieure rentre car la chambre est faite de de planches de bois entre lesquelles il y a de l’espace.

Joli domaine et cabane sympa . Bons petits déjeuner . Restaurant sur place le soir , bon . Personnel sympa

Cons:

Il est écrit qu il y a une cuisine dans les cabanes et une cuisine extérieure . Attention il y a bien de la vaisselle et frigidaire mais rien pour faire cuire … pas de gasiniere ou de plaques . Donc ne comptez pas vous préparer à manger

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, kamer is schoon, de locatie is centraal gelegen. Je kunt voor je huisje zitten en genieten van de kolibries, maar er is ook een centrale plek, naast het zwembad, waar je even lekker buiten kunt zitten om bijvoorbeeld een spelletje te spelen, een drankje te doen etc. En fijn dat er in de kamer een koelkast is met wat keukengerei.

Cons:

Wat mij betreft had het zwembad iets groter gemogen. En wij hadden het huisje naast de keuken waardoor we iets meer van de keuken hoorden; ik denk dat andere huisjes dat niet hebben.

Pros:

La ubicación. Está en el centro de La Fortuna, pero apartado del barullo. En coche son menos de 5 minutos.
Además, el personal se portó genial. Amables y pendientes de nosotros en todo momento.

Fint rummeligt familieværelse. Meget venligt personale.

Cons:

Anbefaler at stille en rigtig seng i familieværelset i stedet for sovesofaen som var meget kort og nærmest ubrugelig.

Exactly what we needed!!
Pros:

Perfect, quiet. Easy check in and checkout. English speaking staff. Updated rooms. Beautiful grounds. Staff was helpful when we asked for recommendations. We felt very safe at this resort-style hotel.

Cons:

The only negative thing I can say is the drinks at the bar were weak and the selection was limited. I would not let this discourage your stay here. Just bring your own beverages.

Nos sentimos muy cómodas, fue como estar en "el hogar" lejos de casa.
Me había olvidado el cargador de mi celular, y me consiguieron uno al momento y me lo regalaron...
La cena estuvo deliciosa, abundante y de una presentación exquisita.
El desayuno fresco y variado en opciones.
La caverna con las piletas e hidromasajes son un mimo después de una jornada de caminatas.
La cabaña es amplia y muy cómoda.

Excelente opción de estadía y ofrecen catálogo de tours!
Pros:

Desayuno y servicio excelente.
Las aguas termales y piscina muy buen agregado para disfrutar luego de un día de tours.

Cons:

Tuve algunos problemas con la señal del wifi, era poco constante entonces si no se tiene acceso a internet local es difícil conectarse.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, with excellent service and beautiful views of Arenal
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the views of Arenal Volcano from the porch of our cabana were spectacular. I especially appreciated the quick communication via WhatsApp - all of our questions were answered promptly, and we were able to schedule and order breakfast in advance through the app. The breakfast itself was excellent.

Cons:

The swimming pool and hot tubs were colder than we expected. There were also a few minor inconveniences: most of the walkways on the property are unpaved, making it difficult to roll luggage; the bathroom door lock was nearly broken; and the room could use a few more shelves for clothes and personal belongings.

Pros:

Las instalaciones están genial! El personal súper amable. Teníamos que irnos a las 5.30 y nos prepararon algo para llevar de desayuno la noche anterior. Las piscinas muy agradables después de un día largo de viaje.
