Pros:

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet location, breakfast fine, restaurant and bar area nice and modern, reception staff very friendly and helpful

Most basic of basic. Reception staff rude & SLOW
Pros:

Bed comfortable
Good breakfast and lunch buffet.
Bar man only friendly member of staff.
Short walk to the beach.

Cons:

*I was given key to someone elses room. *Pool area poor not clean. *Another room on our booking hadnt been cleaned.
*Tiles in the ceiling missing in reception.
Reception staff had BAD attitudes. *Took over 30mins to check in 1 room at a time. There was 14 of us! *nowhere near the party part of Benidorm and no coaches can get to the hotel. Have to walk through the streets with cases. *no lock on luggage storage area.

Pros:

La ubicación.PERO NO SOLO DE ELLA SE PUEDE VIVIR.

Cons:

Que durante toda nuestra extancia de los dos ascensores que tiene NO FUNCIONASE NADA MAS QUE UNO.Que la luz de la terraza NO FUERA ENCENDIDA NINGUNA NOCHE DURANTE NUESTRA EXTANCIA.

Pros:

The hotel itself was really good,nice and clean,the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast had very little choice and the hot food was cold.The rooftop pool needed some attention as the paint was coming off .There were two lifts ,however,only one was working and had been for some time according to other people.On the morning of our departure we asked if we could fill our water bottles up for the journey to the airport but were refused !

Pros:

El hotel esta cerca de todo la verdad puedes ir andando al centro y todo, la persona del recepción son un poco lentos y no nos ha tocado la habitación que hemos elegido por cierto tambien no tienen aparcamiento tienes que buscar parking en la calle o pagar 20€ en un parking privado.

Budget friendly hotel. The location was excellent and the breakfast was awesome with varieties to choose from.

The property needs refurbishment. The balcony in my room was dirty and it looked like it had not been painted for decades.
