يوجد عمل صيانه خارج الفندق والنوافذ لايوجد بها عازل كافي والغرفه صغيره جداو الفطور غير مرضي

La chica de recepción fue muy grosera y, lamentablemente, no nos ayudó absolutamente en nada. Desde el primer momento no nos recibió de buena manera y su forma de hablar y tratarnos fue bastante desagradable. Nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos personas estúpidas por no entender perfectamente el idioma.

Durante nuestra estancia estuvimos acompañados por un amigo que habla bosnio y, en todo momento, él nos ayudó con la comunicación. Incluso nos comentó que tuvo la impresión de que la chica se mostraba muy incómoda o estresada al tratar con personas extranjeras. Cada vez que teníamos alguna dificultad para entender algo, nos hacía malas caras y nos hablaba de una manera muy poco amable.

Sarajevo no fue la primera ciudad de Bosnia que visitamos. Estuvimos también en otras cinco ciudades y en ningún momento tuvimos problemas similares. Al contrario, siempre encontramos personas muy amables y simpáticas con nosotros como turistas.

Sin embargo, la experiencia con esta chica en este hotel fue realmente pésima. En contraste, durante el turno de la noche nos atendió un chico que fue muy atento y profesional. Incluso cuando tuvimos que pagar por un daño que se había ocasionado, estuvo dispuesto a explicarnos todo el proceso y nos trató con mucha paciencia y respeto.

Lamentablemente, cuando cambiaron de turno y llegó esta chica, la experiencia cambió completamente. Considero que hubo una falta de profesionalismo, amabilidad y paciencia hacia nosotros como turistas.

Espero que el hotel tome en cuenta esta situación, porque la atención del personal de recepción es una parte muy importante de la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal und freundlich wie hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle. Hätte man erwähnen können.
Kakerlake im Frühstücksraum entdeckt. Mein Bett war leider auch kaputt
