Beautiful peaceful hotel in the centre of town so everything within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly and really helpful sorting transfers and tours.

Struttura molto bella, la nostra camera era molto confortevole, pulitissima e ben arredata.
L'Hotel è in una posizione molto comoda, vicina al lungo mare di Vina del Mar e a molti locali e ristoranti e allo stesso tempo anche tranquilla, con accesso da una via privata.
I proprietari, che gestiscono anche un ristorante nelle vicinanze, sono stati molto accoglienti, simpatici e gentili.

We had an incredible experience! We were welcomed directly by the owners, who were extremely kind and provided wonderful, personalized attention. They truly made us feel at home. The room was sparkling clean, perfectly sized, and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was also spotless and lovely.

​The breakfast buffet was amazing—it had everything you could possibly need to taste and enjoy authentic Chilean flavors. Everything was so fresh, and the service was outstanding; they even prepared our eggs to order! We absolutely loved it.

​We would definitely stay here again after such a fantastic experience. 100% recommended! Plus, it is located right in the heart of the city, yet it feels like a peaceful getaway.

We loved everything about the place. Nieves was there to meet and was so charming and sweet. We were able to check in a little earlier and they had parking on site. The boutique hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our room. Breakfast was wonderful with a full selection of food and eggs made to order. The hotel was a great location for walking every where and many restaurants in the area. The staff was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again.

Este hotel es, en esencia, un conjunto de pequeños detalles que te hacen estar como en casa. Muy acogedor, decorado con mucho gusto, con un precioso jardín lleno de plantas y flores cuidadosamente distribuidas que aportan una luz y un encanto especial al interior. Las habitaciones, muy limpias, cómodas y confortables. El desayuno, incluido en el precio de la habitación, es excelente y muy variado. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor de todo es la calidez y la atención de Marcelo y Nieves, que hacen que la estancia sea aún más especial e inolvidable.

The rooms were great and and hotel itself has lovely gardens that you can sit in and relax. Really lovely.

The way the boutique owners treated us (my fiancée and me) was incredible. They were flexible with check-in, provided secure private parking (parking in the city can be tricky), and treated us with great courtesy and excellence from the moment we arrived until we left.

The boutique is perfect—simply perfect. The location is excellent; I didn't use my car at all and did everything on foot. It was quiet and comfortable.

It was the best breakfast I had during my entire trip (to Chile)!

Since we had an early flight, we had to leave early (7:00 AM)—about an hour and a half before breakfast service officially began. I was amazed by the owners' thoughtfulness in preparing a tray of coffee and snacks for us so we could have something to eat before and during our journey. It is this kind of personal service that wins over a customer; I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude for the service we received during our stay.

El trato de Nieves y su marido personalizado y excepcional. Respondieron dudas, ofrecieron estacionamiento y nos hicieron desayuno personalizado. Todo espectacular. El lugar es lindo, acogedor y con una vegetación preciosa.

Proprietari gentilissimi, posizione (molti ristoranti nei dintorni), giardino, design della struttura, colazione, bagno spazioso, pulizia, parcheggio davanti alla struttura. I proprietari hanno anche un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo.

The Esencia is a beautiful, quaint boutique hotel with lovely architecture and landscaping. When you enter, you feel like you are in a retreat. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get an extra room for our son on the day of our check in. The breakfast included a variety of options - granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, and charcuterie. Each guest could choose the style of eggs to accompany the meal - poached, fried, scrambled. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back.
