Good location and facilities, comfortable, and value for money - an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Tulum.
Pros:

The location was great for what we needed to do for the week we were there - close to our bank, the government offices, and a short walk into town. The shower was large with good hot water and water pressure.

The room (president’s suite) was large and had a private rooftop terrace with a plunge pool. The main pool was also very good, hidden away in a jungle setting in the courtyard, clean and cool.

The large bed was comfortable and there were coffee facilities and an Oxxo store right next door, which was very convenient.

Cons:

Overall the room was a bit spartan-like; concrete walls and floors with little in the way of soft furnishings - rugs or wall hangings - to soften the look & feel of the room.

It had hanging space and shelves for clothes but it was all open rather than having cupboard doors and drawers. The bathroom did not have any hanging space (for towels or clothes) nor shelves other than around the sink.

There was a sofa and coffee table but no workspace or dining table- minor point but I would have liked somewhere to set up my laptop.

Une très bonne pause dans un hôtel bien situé malgré l’absence d’un véritable second lit.
Pros:

Excellent accueil avec une petite aide pour les bagages à l’arrivée ça c’est vraiment le plus très sympathique et l’impression de documents à la demande

Cons:

Malgré le nom sympathique de suite présidentielle, je pense qu’ils se sont tous abstenus de venir, car le lit d’appoint était épouvantable au niveau du dos.

Best stay in Tulum!
Pros:

Everything. The front office staff is world class! Daniella, Areli, and Henry are just amazing. They gave us directions, saved money on our casa tortuga Cenote tour, helped our kids.
They have 2 cute cats that stay away from you. But our kids loved playing with them.
Pool is fantastic- has a jungle vibe.
The location is amazing, OXO next door, 711 across the street, 2 supermarkets right across the street.

Cons:

Nothing!

Pros:

La amabilidad y profesionalidad de las personas que trabajan allí es lo mejor, pero además estaba encantada con mi habitación y la piscina entre palmeras. Siempre había alguien en recepción, que facilita mucho las cosas, y además de tener súper y farmacia cerca hay restaurantes y bares a pocos. Se va a todo a pie y para las ruinas y cenotes hay transporte en la calle de al lado.

Pros:

The location is super convenient, it's close to two big supermarkets, there are taco stands across the street that are really cheap. Colectivos go to cenotes and the beach right passes the hotel. The owner was super helpful, the room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The lights in the room were too bright but we just turned on the bathroom lights instead

Pros:

Everything was amazing, from the warmth of the staff and their knowledge, to the rooms and their comfort and the facilities like the access to fresh water and the pool were amazing. The rooms were also very clean and had different themes. The staff were also present 24/7 and gave great tips for finding our way throughoutthe city. This Hotel was truly one of the greatest stay we had and made us feel at ease and at home.

Cons:

There were some difficulties with the plumbing of the toilet because of low pressure, but it wasn't really a big issue, just had to be a little patient with the lower floors.

Un hotel SIN AGUA y con muchos RUIDOS.
Pros:

Elegí este alojamiento por su ubicación, cercano a cenotes y a varios supermercados. Y además tenía piscina. Lo único destacable la amabilidad de su personal. Especialmente Daniela. Y de la persona encargada de la limpieza que lo tiene todo muy limpio. Pero la amabilidad no hace que las instalaciones carezcan de calidad por el precio que tienen. Y sobre todo los ruidos.

Cons:

Se sitúa en el cruce de dos carreteras, una la carretera de Cobá que tiene un tránsito terrible durante las 24h del día. Lo cual hace insoportable el ruido de camiones y especialmente los trailers que circulaban todo el día y toda la noche haciendo difícil el silencio o tranquilidad a cualquier hora. Tuve que dormir con tapones las 4 noches. Para colmo estaban de obras en el edificio de al lado y parecía que estaban tirando la pared abajo. Asi que el el nivel de ruidos era insoportable. Yo estaba todo el día fuera porque salía a las 6 de la mañana, pero cuando llegaba en la tarde a las 16/17 imposible descansar un poco por las obras y sumado al ruido del tráfico. A eso súmale que 3 de los 4 días que estuve no hubo agua. Además un olor y sensación a humedad en las habitaciones del piso de abajo que se notaba al entrar, a pesar de los ambientadores, toda mi ropa e incluida mi maleta se llevaron ese olor impregnado. Además de la sensación de humedad al dormir. El ventilador estaba puesto todo el rato porque era la única manera de que se ventilara algo pero hacía mucho ruido (nada que haya sufrido en otros alojamientos con ventilador) y tampoco lo arreglaron. Iba a extender mi estancia una semana completa porque estaba realizando un curso. Pero ya el cuarto día sin agua me fui. Sobre todo estando a 40° lo mínimo es poder darte una ducha al final del día. No es que no hubiese agua caliente es que NO HABÍA AGUA ni para lavarte los dientes. No me devolvieron ni un solo peso a pesar de todos los inconvenientes que hubo en mi estancia.

Amazing stay with extremely helpful staff, would stay again
Pros:

Staff are amazing here. So so helpful and answered any questions we had. Rooms are lovely and have huge beds that are really comfortable. Great air conditioning too. The pool is a great addition.

Cons:

There was an issue with the water one of the nights unfortunately so we couldn’t use the shower, toilet or taps. Was fixed the next day though.
