I have stayed here several times since the opening, but my impression is that the quality of services is decreasing cons

Cons:

We booked an executive 5* room for 2 persons and we received towels for only one. No bathrobe, no slippers, even if in the description of the room they were mentioned. No ironing machine and no ironing table.
At breakfast, staff was not very outgoing and willing to help.

Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. The room was big enough, it was well equipped. The bed was comfortable.
The restaurant is amazing, I was missing only some traditional food. But it was almost fine dining cathegory with decent portions.
The breakfast was also nice, there was many type of food.
Plus, we became very hungry after the closing time of the room service, but they made for us a Club sandwich.

Cons:

Only some employees could have been more smiley at the reception. But that is all..
