La vue, le confort des lits,

Cons:

Une petite odor de moisi, la chambre est mal ventilée et la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel qui fait du bruit à chaque fois que quelqu'un rentre et sort.

The views.

Cons:

From the reviews we were expecting a comfortable stay. It was not. The matress felt really old. Bathroom was unconfortable, the shower holder was broken, the water wasnt warm enough, there was not good separation from shower to bathroom floor so you had to worry all the time to not get the floor wet, which was impossible, and it was easy to slip and get injured. And sometimes the water pressure was almost none and you could barely shower. No AC, no TV, no chair, no table. No light switch from the bed. Not enough hangers. No sheets change, no towels change, and the bathroom floor always wet (even after trying to dry it with towels) because of the bad separation from the shower. Overall, far far from the word comfortable.

Bad insulation, you can hear everything, from the TV in the entrance, to the room nextdoor, even heard the guy next door opening a plastic bag, not to mention the conversations.

Also guaranteed waking up in the night for every unlucky time a car drives on a sewer cover in front of the building.

There are noisy neighbours talking on the street and kids in the street shouting at 22.00h. It is in a residential area so neighbours come and go and leave the car on in front of the building while talking to other neighbours and hotel "staff".

Also no visible hotel/appartment sign in the facade, so you doubt if this is really the hotel/appartment.

Pros:

Очень добрый и отзывчивый, по нашим просьбам делали всё что просили, в том числе очень недорого повозили по местным водопадам по тому маршруту который мы попросили. Прекрасный вид на горы с балкона. Свежий хороший ремонт.

Cons:

Душевая кабинка отсутствует как таковая, просто лейка посредине санузла из-за чего вода брызгает по всему санузлу и остаётся мокрый пол. Так же вода была просто тёплая, но не горячая что для лета приемлемо, но если так зимой бы было. то было бы холодно.

Pros:

Moderní ubytování, majitelé byli milí, i když neuměli ani slovo anglicky. Měli jsme sice zarezervovaný jen jeden pokoj pro čtyři, ale bez problémů nám dali dva pokoje po dvou. Líbil se nám i výhled na hory.

Cons:

Sprcha neměla závěs, takže byla mokrá celá koupelna. Rám dveří i samotné dveře tím byly nabobtnalé, tudíž nešly dovřít. Matrace by také mohly být lepší.

Sahipleri,çalışanları çok iyi niyetli,cana yakın bir aileydi.Tesis yeni yapılmıştı ve çok temizdi.Oda yatakları çok konforluydu.Konumu da güzeldi.

Serdecznie polecam.
Pros:

Hotel bardzo nowoczesny, nowe eleganckie wyposażenie.Dobra lokalizacja,piękny widok na góry i oczywiście Kazbeg.Hotel widać,że dopiero startuje jest nowowybudowany,wróżę mu extra przyszłość. Byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi,recepcja była nieczynna, kontakt telefoniczny z opiekunem., ale bez problemu.

mozę nie podobało, tylko chcę zwrócić uwagę, że w łazience jets nowoczesna umywalka z szfką, jednakże mało wygodna ponieważ np. w trakcie mycia np. nie ma gdzie odłozyć np. kubka do mycia zębów czy innych drobiazgów, może to przeszkadzać, polecam obok zamontować jakieś pólki czy odkryty regał .
