Koselig lite hotell i Levanto!
Pros:

Trivelig hotell med god beliggenhet og koselige rom med balkong, god frokost.

Cons:

Dusjen var i minste laget. Savnet også kaffemaskin på rommet.

A disappointing stay due to poor transparency and unprofessional handling of a clearly avoidable issue
Pros:

The property is 10 min. away from the station. The rooms are small but nicely decorated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, although air conditioning is listed as an amenity, it is not operational during early spring due to a combination of local legislation and the hotel’s air-conditioning system configuration. The hotel listing fails to mention this restriction, despite its legal obligation to do so under both Italian and EU consumer protection laws.

We decided not to stay at the property because of the lack of air conditioning, yet the hotel refused to refund the payment for our full four-day stay, which had been charged only 20 minutes earlier during check-in.

Fortunately, Booking.com handled the situation exceptionally well, and we received a voucher for the full amount paid. We are also currently in the process of receiving a cashback through our Mastercard.

Overall, this was a very upsetting and entirely avoidable situation, which could have been handled professionally. Instead, we felt treated with condescension and arrogance by the staff.

Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und die Nasszellen sind ausreichend gross. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof hat uns zugesagt.

Un séjour mémorable. La chambre était excellente et le personnel adorable. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. A recommander et on reviendra avec plaisir !
L'emplacement est top pour visiter les 5 terres par train et les réceptionnistes étaient très informées pour donner des conseils.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll. Sauber, etwas klein aber nicht unangenehm. Schöner kleiner Balkon. Leckeres Frühstück. Keine 5 Gehminuten zum Zentrum, dabei ruhig gelegen.
Extrem nettes Personal. Die Dame am Empfang hat uns sehr nett aufgenommen und uns schnell alles erklärt, so das wir uns zurechtfinden. Vielen Dank für alles!!!
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Great extras makes this a8i good value place
Pros:

Really helpful staff who were easy to understand and very responsive. When they head how early we needed to leave in the morning, missing their wonderful breakfast, they made us a huge to go meal with sandwiches, fruit, bakery bread and a water bottle.

There were plenty of hooks and hangers in the room, bikes available, 10 minutes walk to train station, grocery store about 2 minutes walk.

I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard - but that's personal preference.

Ottimo soggiorno, ideale per visitare le Cinque Terre!
Cons:

Struttura parzialmente ristrutturata e di conseguenza molto carina. Le due ragazze della reception sono simpatiche e molto preparate, ti dedicano tempo e consigli preziosi!
La colazione è molto varia e buona.
Hotel vicino al centro, al mare e alla stazione. Lasci l’auto e non la tocchi fino alla partenza!
