Generally good but improvement required
Pros:

It was good for business stay especially I was in second floor , room is clean depend on the staff cleaning personal , I would like to thank wessam and Mohamed from house keeping .
Breakfast has a lot of variety in it .
Hotel cafe was good as well .

Cons:

I am there for work but I found out that I can't go to beach as I wanted to relax during the weekend before leaving also room is old but has some rework done to it but still the bathroom room from time to time has some issues like smell but it goes away after couple of minutes .
Pool need more cleaning and better warming system .

الموقع و فيو الشرفة

Cons:

موظف الاستقبال غير متعاون بالمره ، بالإضافة الي ان تبع تنظيف الغرفة نظف الغرف ونحن في الخارج يوم نوصل الغرف يخبط مره ثانيه مش عارف عاوز ايه ، ولو مفتحتش بسبب انك في حمام او بلكونه معطينه الحق انه يفتح عليك ويقولك اصل انت مش حاطط ورقة عدم ازعاج ورقة اقل شوية هواء تطيرها أسلوب لا يستحق هذا الفندق 3 نجوم بخلاف الأثاث المتهالك

من وجهه نظري يجب تغيير الشاطئ ايضا ادارة الجودة في حال اذا كانت اصلا موجودة في ادارة الفندق

تعامل كل الفريق داخل المكان، واكيد موقع الفندق المميز

الشاطئ الجديد (جليم باي) غير مؤهل للكبار والصغار، كان متوفر خدمات داخل الشاطئ وتعامل راقي جدا من العاملين داخل الشاطئ ولكن للاسف لا يوجد مصدات امواج ولا تمهيد للاعماق، المنطقة عميقة و الامواج عاليه جدا علي العكس في الشاطي القديم كان مميز و مازال من حيث نظافة المياه ومصدات الامواج للأطفال،

ايضا لم يعجبني النضافة داخل الغرفه حيث انني تفاجأت بمكياج قديم علي المخدات وايضا اكواب الشاي الصيني كانت غير نضيفه و لم تكن نضيفه وحتي بعد استبدالها كانت هناك صبغات سوداء من مكان الشرب يدل علي عدم تنظيف جيد مع وجود شرخ في الحواف حيث يشكل خطوره علي المستخدم،

الغرفه الداخلية، سور البلكونه المعدني متاكل بسبب الجو، و ذلك يشكل خطورة مستقبلا او اي وقت خصوصا علي الاطفال،

بوفيه الافطار،
بما انني نزيل مستديم منذ 2022، كنت دايما اثني علي الخدمات المقدمة في الافطار ولكن هذه المره كانت يوجد استرخاص واضح في الخامات او في الطاقم المختص، مثل الفلافل كانت سيئة جدا حيث كانت سابقا من اهم الاصناف التي كانت تخلص بسرعه بسبب ريحتها المميزة،

المخبوزات ذات جودة رديئة مثل التوست ثقيل جدا و مكتوم لا تفرقه بينه و بين الكيك، و كان المكان خالي تمام من اي منتجات بالشكولاتة ولا حتي البراونيز.،

حمّام الغرفه،
الحوض و البانيو كان تصريفهم بطيء جدا وبا اننا عائلة من 5 أشخاص كنا نحاول الانتظار فتره بعد الاستحمام من شخص لاخر.

ملخص لما سبق،
حيث انني تلقيت استجابه سريعه لحل بعض مشاكل الغرفه و كانت هناك متابعه بعد التنفيذ من المدراء والمشرفين، فانني اري ان التقصير ليس من خلال الموظفين القائمين علي العمل ولكن المسوولية الكبري تقع علي عاتق الادارة المعنية بالإشراف علي الغرف قبل تسليمها للنزلاء من حيث التاكد من نضافه المفروشات (غسيل و كوي) ايضا الصيانة العامة للحمامات و نظافتها، عوامل الامان داخل الغرف خصوصا ابواب البلكونات والسور كمان وذلك لحفظ الامان للنزلاء، ايضا المسؤولية تقع علي عاتق ادارة الجودة بخصوص توقع المخاطر (اكواب الشرب داخل الغرف المكسورة و الغير نظيفة- اسوار البلكونات المتآكلة) و جودة الاغذية في بوفيه الافطار كان يجب ان نكون طازجة ولا يصح اعادة تدويرها مثل ما لاحظت وجود سلاطة مورتاديلا في الافطار وهذه اكبر دليل علي تدوير المنتجات القديمة.
