I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the service throughout my stay was very good.

I would especially like to recognize Manager Ahmed, who is extremely professional, attentive, and helpful. Hassan Ahmed from Room Service was also very friendly and provided excellent service. I would also like to mention Nagy at the reception, who was welcoming and professional.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I truly appreciate the great hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

Horrible quality, very bad value for money, too overrated

Cons:

Horrible stay, the room and corridor smelt like sewage and to solve the issue they sprayed a Horrible chemical. Thank God my reservation was on booking.com which got me a refund after one night for rest of my booking because the smell was unbearable and we left the hotel.
