The location, staff and food. This is my fourth visit to the hotel, I was happy to see progress and that they worked on improving their points of weakness. The staff became more responsive, they started renovation and deep maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms, the reception is renovated completely, quality of food becomes better.
issues in bathrooms of some rooms, but I have been informed that they will be under renovation soon. Pool is somehow small in comparison to hotel rooms capacity, the private area of the beach is small.

الموقع جيد واستاف العاملين علي قدر عالي من التعاون خصوصا الهاوس كيبنج ، الغرف جيدة الي حد ما ولكن تحتاج الي متابعة وصيانة مستمرة كما موضح بالاسفل
1. اولا هذه هي المرة الثانية لزيارة المكان وزرته من عام .. الفندق يحتاج الي صيانة دورية لجميع المرافق حيث لوحظ هبوط في مستوي صيانة المبني والغرف والحمامات .. العام السابق كانت افضل .. والمياه الساخنة في الحمامات ضعيفة جدا ..
2. ثانيا الشاطيء في العام السابق كان قريب ونضيف وكويس .. حاليا الشاطيء بعيد نعم هناك شاتيل باص لكن المستفة طويلة والشاطيء به صخور في اجزاءكثيرة وصغير جدا علي حجم الفندق، ويجب تبليغ الناس قبل ركوب الباص في حالة منع السباحة رحنا اكتر من مرة ورجعنا بسبب الموج عالي ومننوع السباحة كان يجب الابلاغ قبل الركوب من الفندق
3. ثالثا عند زيارتنا كان الاختيار فقط بين غرفتين الدور الاول او السابع ..صراحة لم نستمتع بقدر استمتاعنا في العام السابق .
4. رابعا سجادات الغرف رائحتها سيئة وتحتاج لغسيل مستمر ونضافة وتهوية اضررت لنقلها جانب باب الغرفة
5. خامسا كافية سي اند سي المرفق بالفندق يجب تدريب العاملين والويترز علي طريقة التعامل الراقية مع الزوار كان هناك مباراة وكان تلبية الطلبات لنا بطريقة غير احترافية وتم التعليق اكثر من مرة للويتر الرئيسي ..
6. سادسا في الصيف والمواسم يحتاج الفندق لعمل فقرات ترفيهية للاطفال والحاضرين كانت غير موجودة نهائيا
