Great location for the price
Pros:

The Location is great for trips around the area, scooter rental is a few meters away and so are the restaurants. The swimmingpool is also a big plus.

Cons:

For the price you pay it is a great accomodation

Amazing stay with fantastic tour organisation!
Pros:

My stay at Lucky Homes Homestay was very pleasant. My room was spacious and in very good condition, and the bathroom was huge! The location is also great — a little outside the city centre, but within walking distance of many nice coffee shops and restaurants. The tourist office for the boat station is only a 10–15-minute walk away.

Before my arrival, my hosts sent me some interesting tour options, and I can definitely recommend booking one of their tours! I joined a VIP tour with Vic to Paradise Cave and Dark Cave, which included a mud bath, swimming inside the cave and even zip-lining. As a former professional cave explorer and scientist, he was the perfect guide and had an incredible amount of knowledge about the caves.

My hosts were also extremely helpful when it came to arranging my transport to the station for the night train and storing my luggage after check-out. I was even offered the opportunity to borrow a bike, use the pool and take a shower after checking out, which was incredibly convenient.

All in all, the price is very fair for what you get.

Thank you very much for the fantastic tour organization and the pleasant stay!

Cons:

If I had to mention anything that could be improved, a contactless trash bin in the bathroom and a larger faucet for the big sink would be nice. :-)

Amazing hosts!! Could not do enough. Amazing location. So peaceful but still close enough to sights.

Cons:

Very hot at night, even with aircon. It was really hot though!

Perfect location in Phong Nga
Pros:

Great location just over the road from the river, where dining tables set up for the Lucky restaurant, and view the never-ending procession of longboats cruising up and back from the caves. Great pool, but maybe needs more loungers. Spacious bedroom & huge bathroom. Helpful advice for visiting local attractions. Duck farm a highlight esp for kids.

Alles is vies oud en versleten. Tuin onderhoud m word er niet of nauwelijks gedaan. Het zwembad was te vies en groen om in te zwemmen.

Leuk en niet duur verblijf in Phong Nha, ook de tours hebben ze voor ons geregeld.

Cons:

Ze waren wat lastig in de communicatie in vergelijking met andere homestays. Het zwembad was wat glibberig.

Relax, desconexión.
Pros:

Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones coinciden con las fotos. La antifriona fue muy amable, nos organizó un tour el día de nuestra llegada para la paradise cave, dark cave y duck farm y fue todo genial. Además, la comida estaba espectacular y nos recomendó el mejor sitio de masajes que hemos probado en Vietnam 😊

Nice, renovated room and location for visiting caves. Reception will arrange transportation to the hotel and to the Paradise and Phong Nha caves if you want to avoid per person transport.with a tour group.
