Un hotel care este foarte departe de standardele unuia de 4 stele. Cu greu i-aș acorda 3 stele.
Cons:

Desi am rezervat o cameră dublă, în cameră era doar un set de prosoape.
Dotarea camerei este cel puțin sărăcăcioasă - de exemplu nu sunt noptiere, iti lasi telefonul peste noapte pe podea, langa pat.
Baia invechită cu gresie ciobită, suportul de hartie care mai avea putin si cădea de pe perete, miros de canalizare în cameră. Am avut o cameră cu niște tapet cu niste flori uriașe rosii pe pereți de un prost gust rar întâlnit.

Pros:

The room was vey clean, the air was smelling very nice, the hotel is excellently placed in the city center, the staff was very polite, and the breakfast was very good, for all tastes and diets., vegetable and fruits included.
