Bine ati venit in Romania, unde serviciile sunt zero dar preturile sunt de 4 stele
Pros:

Faptul că restaurantul e deschis până la 11, noi am ajuns foarte târziu de pe autostrada

Cons:

Mirosul persistent de chimicale din camera, comportamentul angajatilor din receptie si faptul ca e jaf la drumul mare, am avut masina parcata (evident, doar veneam de pe drum!!!!!) Și mi s-au incasat 40 lei suplimentar "pentru parcare" desi aceasta era complet deschisă, nu aveam bilet de acces (deoarece la 10 seara cand am ajuns era ditamai balamucul iar masina am parcat-o cu mare greutate, pe un capat de bordura,, nu pe un loc propriu zis, dupa ce am fost ghidati de un domn) și am fi putut iesi bine mersi tot cum intrasem. I-am precizat doamnei la receptie ca am plătit 577 lei o noapte cu mic dejun SI parcare dar a incasat banii fara sa clipeasca si mi-a spus ca parcarea se plateste separat! Nu am inteles separat de ce, in contextul in care am anunțat ca vin de pe drum CU MASINA, inca din rezervare.
Iar micul dejun a fost ceva rau, la 7 dimineata părea manifestatie! Sub orice critica si inadmisibil la numărul de stele si la costul pe care l-am plătit!
Calatoresc foarte des, sunt capabila să evaluez corect serviciile unei locatii, cu siguranta data viitoare am sa dorm oriunde altundeva decât la Continental Arad!

Recomand închiderea acestui hotel și anularea celor 4 stele.
Pros:

Când am văzut acest hotel dezastruos, am anulat rezervarea și ne-am cazat la Hotel Aniroc.

Cons:

Clădirea este o ruină.
Nu știu cum au obținut 4 stele.

Pros:

Locatie buna.

Cons:

Curatenie slaba, chiuveta avea mucozitati, vasul de toaleta nu avea mesaj de igienizat(nici nu parea ca ar fi!), apa din dus sarea in toata baia si de pe papuci s-a facut efectiv noroi pe jos, micul dejun destul de slab.
