This hotel is in a great location, central but not too far from the station. The room had everything we needed, the robe and slippers was a lovely bonus and the Dyson fan was very much needed. Breakfast was good, the option was there to have a fresh omelette or eggs of your choice if you wanted. What really made our stay was the lady who greeted us at reception, showed us up to our room, served us our breakfast and was cleaning rooms when we checked out and came to check us out and store our bags whilst we went to the museum. She is the only person we saw for our 2 night stay and she was fantastic, am so sorry I didn’t get her name. Friendly and helpful and always smiling despite doing everything.
The lift looked very dodgy so we never used it despite being in the top floor.
La gentillesse du personnel d’accueil, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la qualité du service
L’ascenseur en panne
A beautiful building in an excellent location, a short walk from the train station and right in the centre of the city. Yet despite being in the centre of the city our room was very quiet, we slept very well every night. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were great and the staff were all, without exception, friendly and helpful.
Nettes Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer und super gelegen. Bahn, Busbahnhof und Altstadt gleich vor der Tür.

Friendly and welcoming staff, central location in old town. Hearty breakfast.
Lift was not working, couldn’t get wifi, croissants at breakfast not good
Staff were very helpful, great location, thought we would hear lots of noise trying to sleep but we were at the back of the property and this was not an issue
Maybe a bar but honestly we were so close to the centre of everything it did not hardly matter
The location of the hotel is very good - within walking distance of either the main sights or the U-bahn that gets you there easily.
The location of the hotel is very good - within walking distance of either the main sights or the U-bahn that gets you there easily. HOWEVER, the hotel seemed to be almost empty, possibly due to the fact that hotel ownership has apparently decided to let the inoperable elevator remain in that condition. We were put in a small room (hard to imagine it was the Superior room I had reserved) facing the street (very noisy at night) on the fourth floor of the hotel, requiring us to climb 6 long flights (10-12 steps each flight) every time we needed to access our room. A staff member attempted to help us with our bags when we arrived, but we had to carry most of them ourselves up the 6 flights. (We're reasonably fit, but are in our 70s). The reception desk was only sporadically staffed, but the staff did the best they could with obviously limited resources. The overall impression we received was that the hotel is on a glide path toward going out of business. There are only 3-4 parking spaces reserved for hotel guests in an adjacent alley; reserve in advance or you will have to park in a remote public garage.
Die Lage
Für ein 3-4 Sterne Hotel ist razı überbewertet
The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had lost luggage and they helped us in trying to locate them.
The location was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious. This was a perfect hotel to rest after our long flight and before our cruise.
The elevator was not working but the staff helped with our luggage.
Zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück!
Betten Matratzen hart.
Mitten in der City, super zentral.
Ausstattung und Preise. Überhaupt nicht angemessen.
Perfect, smazing breakfast, historical hotel, best location
