Gloomy Prana hotel...photos not a true depiction.
Pros:

The reception staff were lovely..as we're the resident cats! The food served in the restaurant was good and excellent value.

Cons:

Rooms were gloomy..
The pool area was very overgrown almost to the point where the hotel looked abandoned!!.
The pool water was very strongly chlorinated and the tiles were dirty.
Located about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the main town.. not really walkable but cheap enough by Grab!.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and would not recommend staying here
Cons:

The room smelled unpleasant, and there were visible blood stains on the wall and the bathroom floor. This was unacceptable and made the room feel unhygienic. The room door wouldn't lock, and even the reception staff couldn't fix it. Despite this, they still expected me to sleep in the room, which made me feel very unsafe.

Pros:

Really good value for money. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed using it. The food was nice from the restaurant and they also did room service, which was really useful when we arrived late.

Nice place to relax. Good cleanliness.

Cons:

-Slight issue with laundry taking longer than we were told, and arrived at 07:00 when we were leaving at 08:00 (supposed to be ready at 15:00 the day before).

Far from the centre, but we were aware of this and it’s easy to use grab and cheap to get to the centre.

Out of the way but the price is right
Pros:

Almost everything was to my satisfaction. Except the cleaning situation. I couldn't understand the logic.I had to be out of the rooom.in order to clean it.

Pros:

Mein Zimmer war sauber, groß und geräumig. Poolbereich war auch sauber und Poolhandtücher standen immer bereit. Das Frühstück war an Touristen angepasst und vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal war wirklich sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Inneneinrichtung war schon sehr grau und industriell, was mir nicht so gefallen hat aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Die Klobrille war wackelig und ging nicht richtig auf. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, was ich aber nicht unbedingt schlecht fand. Für 2€ kann man einen Tuktuk in die Innenstadt bestellen (Grab oder über das Hotel).

Établissement de qualité. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses , le cadre est très agréable et le personnel très gentil et disponible.

Cons:

La seule ombre au tableau se trouve être le restaurant de l’hôtel. Les plats sont très bons mais les temps d’attente extrêmement longs
