Fantastic location, quiet, good secure parking
Pros:

Close walking distance to the Palais Theatre, restaurants, Luna spark and the beach. The studio apartments were out the back and very quiet, no street noise at all. Comfy bed, good cooling/heating. Everything we needed!

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated but for the price it was till clean and functional

Disgusting vialsted rude nightmare

I’d like everyone to no that’s thinks of staying at the cosmopolitan hotel not to stay there staff mostly rude the cleaners decided to just walk in why we where in bed and refused to leave the place very unclean a lot of people that stay and fight all night and smash things it’s a horrible place so I really hope no one else has the same experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmopolitan, and it suited our needs.
Pros:

Excellent location close to public transport, eateries and St Kilda Beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Living area and bedrooms decent size. Beds made and towels changed each day. Good communication prior to arrival.

Cons:

Beds were hard and the hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent when showering.

I'll stay there again no doubt. St Kilda is great.
Pros:

Location fab. Bed comfy. Sunny front room warm and bright.

Cons:

No milk in fridge was my only complaint. The staff told me this was a room service mistake as they normally have it. The rest was great. Thank you.
