I wish the bed sheets got changed the times Housekeeping was around as a person who tends to wear makeup sometimes it may stain the bed a little bit and sleeping in dirty bedsheets wasn’t the best. I wasn’t aware of the fact that you couldn’t leave the restaurant with plates of food to take outside and I would’ve appreciated it more if staff didn’t tell me “read the rules” with a loud tone, I think they should be more considerate about the fact that not everyone is fluent at English and sometimes it’s better to be more understanding and respect goes both ways.

Los horarios están hechos solamente para extranjeros y estas comiendo y te retiran los platos demasiado pronto es un poco agobiante .La piscina cierra a las 18 demasiado pronto y encima a las 17 30 empiezan a recoger es demasiado

Essen war ziemlich ähnlich. Kaffee könnte besser sein. Evtl. Wasserflasche fürs Zimmer. Die Sonnenliegen wurden leider sehr früh schon alle besetzt, auch wenn die Hotelgäste erst Stunden später gekommen sind, das sollte besser kontrolliert werden..

Персонала в ресторанта ти вдига храната докато ядеш, хвърлят се шумно чинии и ти смущават вечерята. Басейна е прекалено малък и трябва да станеш в 5 сутринта за да си сложиш хавлията и да запазиш място, иначе е невъзможно.

Für ein Hotel mit so vielen Zimmern sind zwei Aufzüge definitiv zu wenig. Man wartet ständig, besonders zu Stoßzeiten – das wirkt schlecht organisiert.

Auch die Situation am Pool ist wirklich ärgerlich: Bereits um 6 Uhr morgens sind fast alle Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl stundenlang niemand dort ist. So etwas sollte vom Hotel konsequent unterbunden werden, damit alle Gäste fair die Möglichkeit haben, einen Platz zu bekommen.

Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach ebenfalls keinem 4-Sterne-Standard. Während meines 7-tägigen Aufenthalts gab es praktisch jeden Tag dieselben Speisen, ohne wirkliche Abwechslung oder Menüwechsel. Gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt erwartet man deutlich mehr Vielfalt.

Insgesamt sehr schade, denn dadurch bleibt der Aufenthalt leider enttäuschend in Erinnerung

De bedden. 2 persoonsbed was iets van 140cm en waren hard. Door de receptie bedden laten splitsen naar 1 persoonsbedden maar bed was erg smal. En wij zijn allebei slank.

ASCENSORE: sarebbe necessario aggiungere un' altro ascensore che arrivi fino al nono piano perché 2 non bastano. Il problema genera code e tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

L’ouverture de la piscine que a 10h, les show le soir c’était répétitif même si on a fait que 3 nuit il y’a eu que du cirque, la “réservation” de chaises longues, même si c’était pas permis par l’hôtel avant 9h, à 8h toute était pris, beaucoup dirigé vers les anglais, l’ascenseur trop petit et très lent.

Kako je bio hotel bukiran u potpunosti,dobili smo sobu na trečem katu a imamo dvoje djece od tih jednu bebu koju smo vozili u dječjim kolicima, dugo se čekalo na lift koji je gotovo uvijek bio pun.
