Excellent location. The rooms are neat clean functional.
They serve breakfast from 6 to 10 which is very convinient whether you are leaving early or get up a little late while on holiday. Not like other hotels who close breakfast by 9. Their check out time is also very comfortable at 11.30am. The staff at reception is very helpful - specially khas was very helpful in getting me a better room for the rest of my two days. Really appreciate. If i happen to visit ub again i would very much like to stay there.

I stayed here 6 times over the 2 months I was in Mongolia. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with every interaction. Especially the man that checks vochures at breakfast. The breakfast is great too. And the luggage storage was very convenient.
The carpet and paint is getting a bit old but whatever.

This smallish hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to most of UBs attractions. The breakfast was good, lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms just what we needed after a long flight, and after a long road trip.
Could be noisy outside into the wee small hours, but closing the window helped.
V hotelu Nine jsem bydlel již několikrát (vlastně dohromady už 7x) a vždy se tam rád vracím, protože je takový "akorát". V podstatě nic tam nemá žádnou zásadní chybu, je tam čisto, docela ticho, i když jsou okna na ulici, snídaně jsou velmi dobré v širokém časovém rozsahu 6 - 10 hod., na hlavní Suchbátarovo náměstí je to 5 minut pěšky. Jako bonus hotel přímo sousedí s restaurací Modern Nomad, kterou je třeba určitě navštívit. A cena? Minulý měsíc (srpen 2026) jsme platili 900 Kč na osobu a noc a to považuji za cenu velmi slušnou.
Kuřák by si všiml, že na rohu hotelového domu odstranili velký popelník s pískem v rámci jakési očistné kampaně proti kouření v centru města a to je asi tak vše.
