Dirty and cheap
Cons:

Dirty bathroom, chewing gum besides bedframe on the wall, chair full of stains, absolutely no sound proofing from the windows, shower pressure was defined by gravity and the wifi did not work in the room(only common areas). Felt like an old brothel.
