Freundlich, sympathisch, angenehm
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Hotel ist an eine Hotelfachhochschule angeschlossen und dies macht sich positiv bemerkbar. Die Freundlichkeit und Motivation des jungen Personals ist außergewöhnlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, gut erreichbar, ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums und doch ist dieses schnell und angenehm zu Fuß oder mit dem (Leih-)Fahrrad erreichbar.
Das Frühstück ist super.

Hotel met Hospitality en duurzaamheid
Pros:

Bereikbaarheid, alles ziet er schoon en verzorgd uit. Ontvangst boven verwachting.
Kamer modern, veel te bedienen via de t.v.
Leuk dat er een lokaal duurzaam zeepje aanwezig is.

Cons:

Vloer in de kamer, beton, wel tapijt rondom bed maar dit zou ik zelf niet snel doen.

Fijn en schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke bedden. Zelfs s avonds nog een keer een kamer check, maken opnieuw het bed op en heerlijke friese koekjes, echt top service. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Eventueel fietsen te huren bij het hotel.

Leuk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel/studenten

Moderne kamer met een fijn bed en heerlijke douche. Met het paneel naast het bed of de I-Pad kun je verlichting, temperatuur, airco en de gordijnen regelen. Vriendelijk personeel/studenten zowel bij de receptie als bij het restaurant Wannee. Heerlijk ontbijt wat bestaat uit een basisontbijt wat je aan kunt vullen met diverse opties van de kaart (inclusief) Met bus 10 ben je zo bij het Centraal Station.
