Pros:

If you need a simple place for the night, this can work, but current rating is inflated. Probably should be more like a
Pros:

Great location (Right next to bus stop)
Decent Breakfast
Decent Price

Cons:

I like firm beds, but that bed was so firm that I barely slept.
Was not very clean - hairs in shower and sink
Staff could have been a little more welcoming
No Elevator
Not the quietest place. Street noise and could hear everything the neighbors were doing.
No Hot Water
