Cómodo, limpio, ruidoso y sin agua caliente
Pros:

Bien ubicado el personal muy amable pero está enfrente a restaurantes y bares hacen mucho ruido en la noche y no había agua caliente

Cons:

No había agua caliente y el ruido de los comercios al rededor ponen música desde las 7 am y la apagan hasta la madrugada

Simple pero práctico
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, a dos o tres cuadras de la quinta avenida. Puedes dejar el auto en el estacionamiento e ir caminando a todas partes. Hay varios lugares para comer cerca, recomiendo el Embarcadero 8, es un pequeño local peruano con comida deliciosa como a 25 metros del hotel. El personal es sumamente amable, el señor de recepción y el personal de mantenimiento. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y el señor de mantenimiento vino inmediatamente y lo solucionó. Tienen Smart TV e internet.

Las camas no son cómodas, son pequeñas, ese aspecto se podría mejorar

Buen hotel, fácil acceso
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, fácil acceso, hay un Oxxo cruzando el parque, a 2 cuadras de Walmart, a 2 cuadras de la quinta avenida. El parqueo es cómodo pero sujeto a disponibilidad. Habitaciones cómodas, muy limpio todo.

Cons:

No hay ascensor, si se viaja con maletas grandes se dificulta un poco.

Hôtel au calme bien que la rue principale soit toute à côté. Parking gratuit.
Propreté de l'hôtel, linge et lit refait tous les jours.
Douche avec un bon débit et eau chaude ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas au Mexique
Personnel souriant
Piscine au rooftop agréable avec parasols et transats.
Wifi de qualité

Cons:

Lit peut-être un peu petit pour deux adultes mais literie de qualité

Perfect location in Playa del Carmen. Rooms are big and swimming pool is nice. Also, having a private parking is really good.
