Séjour pour le festival de Locarno
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, à l'écoute, chaleureux et toujours serviable. Propreté impeccable, chambre spacieuse avec tout ce qu’il faut. La situation géographique à 5 minutes à pied du lac. Vraiment, tout était parfait.

Die Lage eignet sich auch für Menschen, die mit öV unterwegs sind.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer ist wirklich sehr klein und deshalb in der Hauptsaison sehr teuer.

Pratique et assez confortable, mais rapport qualité-prix en haute saison très moyen.
Pros:

L’air climatisé en période de canicule, la possibilité de prendre le pdj (bons produits avec un joli choix) à l’extérieur en terrasse, la tresse du dimanche et le miel de qualité artisanale.

Cons:

La façon dont le personnel n’a pas su réagir correctement selon moi pour trouver un compromis acceptable suite à une erreur lors de la réservation apparemment. Ils m’ont proposé de voir directement avec Booking, en sachant pertinemment qu’il n’y aurait aucune chance d’obtenir un quelconque arrangement.
Ce n’était pas notre première visite mais cela sera malheureusement la dernière.
Nous avons payé quasiment CHF300 par personne pour 2 nuits avec pdj pendant le festival du film. C’est trop cher pour un hôtel de ce standing et pour être quelque peu excentré, sans piscine et finalement peu pratique en transport en commun.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen und man ist sowohl im Lido, Badi Puplico oder an der Piazza sehr schnell. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist OK, lediglich alternative Milch Produkte oder Laktosefreie Produkte waren nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat bei fehlenden Produkten zum Frühstück immer direkt nachgefüllt oder geholfen wo es ging. Das Personal ist grundsätzlich sehr sehr freundlich, service orientiert und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider verfügt das Hotel über keinen Lift und mit Kinderwagen etwas umständlich aber machbar.

Staff di una gentilezza unica e molto disponibili.
Hotel ben curato con colazione buffet e la posizione è perfetta!

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, le prime due è andato tutto liscio sebbene ogni tanto sentivamo un suono simile a un citofono vicino alla nostra stanza, ma la notte abbiamo dormito bene.
Purtroppo, però, la terza notte non è stata altrettanto serena. Il suono si è presentato nel cuore della notte, lasciandoci svegli fino la mattina seguente. Mi è stato detto che ciò è dovuto a un problema del condizionatore generale dell'hotel... Spero risolvano perché è davvero fastidioso la notte quando c'è silenzio.
