Tolle Unterkunft, sehr netter Host
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße. Unser Host und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Er hat uns sehr gute Tips bzgl Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Familie der das Hotel gehört ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben auch noch ein paar Tipps erhalten. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, aber deutliche Schwächen bei Ruhe & Abrechnung
Pros:

Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und half sogar beim Gepäck. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und es gab eine Auswahl an normalen und Foam‑Kissen. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir unser selbst besorgtes Frühstück unkompliziert im Café im Erdgeschoss essen konnten und dort einen Kaffee bestellen durften.

Cons:

Weniger gut war die starke Hellhörigkeit – sowohl Geräusche aus dem Flur als auch Wassergeräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren deutlich zu hören. Die Umgebung war abends ebenfalls recht laut. Ärgerlich war zudem, dass bei der Abreise der Rechnungsbetrag einfach großzügig nach oben gerundet wurde, was nicht dem bei Booking gebuchten Preis entsprach, dies fiel erst beim Schreiben dieser Bewertung auf – dafür gibt es klar Punktabzug.

Nice new place. Easy to walk everywhere. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. Well priced. Cafes & shops, including bakery are very close. Parking on the street is easy. Nice big balcony. Kel at Reception was very friendly 😀

Cons:

The arrangement of our room (Room 2) was a bit tight. The wardrobe in the middle of the wall was a bit odd. All the rooms are different, so maybe have a look first.
