Вид отличный, наличие кофе машины на завтраке.

Cons:

Стены прямо картонные. Просите при заселении, что бы не было соседей рядом, мои очень громко разговаривали до поздна, такое ощущение, что у меня в комнате. Шторы не блек аут, в 6 утра подъем от яркого света.

Amazing/view
Pros:

I already wrote a review but it was delegaties so here again; the view was amazing and we got an upgraderoom when we arrrived. It was Nice, new and clean, fully redecorated and with a balcony looking into the beautiful mountains! The Spa was Nice with a steambath, swimmigpool and sauna, also with Windows for a view. People were very friendly, food was good, breakfast a perfect mix of western and Georgian food. A place to visit again when we visit Georgia again!

Highly Recommend Hotel in Gudauri 💯❤️
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Nina and her husband were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Since we chose this place for our wedding, they even gave us some thoughtful freebies, which we truly appreciated. Levan was also fantastic and always made sure our dining experience was excellent.

We visited during the low season, so most nearby restaurants were closed, but that wasn’t a problem at all because the hotel’s chef is outstanding. Every meal we had was delicious.

The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful furnishings and excellent facilities. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy, including a spa, game room, and more.

One of our favorite parts of the stay was waking up every morning to the breathtaking mountain views. It made our experience even more special and memorable.

Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!❤️

Relaxing stay!
Pros:

Nice hotel with great view. We loved the sauna, swimming pool and tasty housewine. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was nice, perfect shower and a huge comfortable bed. The game room is also super chill.

We also got a free upgrade from them which was great of course! Would definitely return.

Amazing staff and view from the hotel
Pros:

The property was very well located, value for money, good breakfast. Amazing view from the hotel.Zakeriya and Nina were the highlight of our stay extremely welcoming and were made our stay special. Once we arrived they offered us a complementary upgrade and were always available to help.

Потрясающий отель, мы ни секунды не пожалели о том, что выбрали этот отель! Виды из номера, террасы и ресторана - просто невероятные, дух захватывает от красоты!😍😍😍 Отель чистый, красивый и стильный! Персонал очень дружелюбный, огромное спасибо девушке на ресепшене и мужчине из ресторана, который каждое утро был очень приветливый и желал хорошего дня и доброго утра 🙏🏻 В ресторане очень вкусно готовят, завтраки тоже хорошие❤️ В спа чисто и красиво, можно выйти из сауны на улицу и наслаждаться потрясающими видами на шезлонге! Это один из немногих отелей, в который мы хотели бы вернуться и не один раз!❤️❤️❤️

Pros:

Incredible view from room and balcony, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to assist with any problem.

Great stay
Pros:

The location is gorgeous, the staff are very nice. The room was very clean, linen was crisp white. The room is big with a mountain view. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning (which we knew in advance) since it's generally cold, but it can get a bit stuffy, so we slept with the balcony open.
The dry sauna is amazing (and with a view) and combining it with the pool was refreshing.
Food in restaurant is very good and we got great wine recommendations as well.
The game room was spacious and fun - we played ping pong (although the ball was slightly broken) and pool table.

Cons:

The shower did not have a door (half open design) which is a bit annoying, and we couldn't get the heater in the bathroom to work.
The wet sauna was not hot enough.
The exit to the balcony has a bug net (which is good) but the metal railing was sent and made it harder to open/close.

Family one-night stay
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. As we were visiting not during the main season, the sauna and swimming pool were to our disposition completely, and it's nice that there are towels in the sauna to borrow. Both the sauna and the steam room are clean and well maintained.
The views are just stunning, the beds are comfortable, so I've slept well. We've had the family suite with 2 rooms and a bathroom, so enough space and good sound proof walls.
Though the breakfast was not very rich, the man of the breakfast was very nice, and the omelettes we were offered were very good, the coffee was good as well. The breakfast terrace is a special thing to mention.

Cons:

As it's a very low season, the breakfast was not very rich, but again, I think it's because there were just a couple of guests. Also we are used to having breakfast from 7am, at the hotel it's from 9, but it may be local specifics or also may be caused by the low season.
