Pros:

Отель расположен почти на самой высокой точке, прекрасные виды с балкона. Номер неплохой, но местами требует косметического ремонта.

Cons:

Мы были не в сезон, по ощущениям отель немного «в расслабленном состоянии». Завтрак не понравился, было невкусно, свежего хлеба не было (что странно для Грузии).
При заселении сказали, что сауна работает с 10 часов утра. В 11 пришли в сауну, все выключено. При обращении на рецепшн нам сообщили, что сауну включат только в 17. В итоге после уговоров включили только хамам, сауной воспользоваться не успели, она не успела нагреться, а у нас был выезд в 12.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Betten war sehr bequem und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch!

The room was good. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The water in the swimming pool was ice old for the cold weather. In breakfast there were dried prunes and apricots which were kind of raw and slightly dirty.

Needless to say the location is amazing with great views. But then it's Gudauri, a heavenly place. The hotel is clean and staffs were great. Nice breakfast options. The room was big and spacious.
My only concern was the room gets pretty warm from the inside even though the temperatures outside were before 10°. If you turn on the air conditioning only got air blows making the room more hotter and very unpleasant to sleep. Please add a table can or a ceiling fan to the rooms that will elevate the ability to sleep better at the night with some air circulation. For both the nights I stayed there i slept in the sofa bed next to the balcony door instead of the actual bed and kept the balcony door opened throughout the night.
