Pros:

Очень доброжелательный клиентоориентированный персонал, спасибо за отзывчивость Нино и отдельное спасибо за внимание со стороны Левана (из ресторана), человек который в фокусе и действительно старается делать свою работу хорошо, низкий поклон таким людям.

Из остального, идеальное соотношение цены и качества, за эти деньги, ожиданий меньше, чем получаешь в итоге. Ну и конечно прекрасные виды, бонусом небольшое спа и в баре классно вечером посидеть у камина с видом на горы.

Cons:

Из минусов, заказали вечером хачапури по имеретинский, тесто хорошее, а вот сыр странный, либо он специфический местный, либо немного был уже не свежий.

Самый лучший отель Гудаури

Так получилось, что мы приехали большой компанией, и все забронировали номера в разных отелях Гудаури — включая Marco Polo Gudauri.
Но в итоге абсолютно вся наша компания проводила время именно у нас. Лучший сервис, лучший SPA, невероятный вид, самый вкусный завтрак с безлимитным шампанским, потрясающими овощами и лососем и ,действительно, лучший room service.
В спа - все четко, аккуратно, чисто. Женщины работают милейшие!
Локация - прямо у подъемника . Спасибо большое
Огромная благодарность менеджеру Беке - от всей нашей компании. За индивидуальный подход, за умение работать с гостями , за рещение любых вопросов , за гостеприимство. Бека ни разу не сказал нам нет , помог абсолютно со всеми вопросами. Такие люди делают всё, чтобы гости возвращались снова и снова. Именно благодаря таким управленцам отдых становится по-настоящему незабываемым.
Мы точно вернёмся.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around. Our room was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority.
​Regarding the breakfast: as many other reviewers have noted, the options are quite limited. While it’s fine for a quick bite, don't expect a massive variety. If you’re okay with a simple start to the day, the location and cleanliness of this hotel make it a fantastic choice. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience alone

Great hotel with spectacular views and friendly staff!
Pros:

The hotel staff was incredible, always very nice, friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and have spectacular and breath taking views to the mountains. Spa is also good with a pool with warm water, sauna and steam room. Restaurant has great wine selection and delicious food. We recommend this hotel.

Worth the price.
Pros:

Location is on the top. Great view. Stuff is great, very helpful and modest. Room is quite big, shower is lovely.

Cons:

It’s a pretty old hotel. You can hear the people walking outside of the door and on the room above.
Food is ok, not many things to pick from.
They say the pool is heated but it’s not really. Around 25’c.
