Great Views not so great experience!
Cons:

The overall attitude of the staff. Too much arrogance.
I took my water bottle for refill at the bfast one morning and the restaurant manager, in a very rude tone, almost snatched away the bottle saying outside drinks not allowed. I told him this was reused water bottle which i only got for refill and he still didn't let me keep it.
At the bar, if u order a drink u must pay for peanuts from their small bar menu and if u want something else then order from restaurant BUT here's the catch, u cant have that with your drink in bar area. Location is literally the last spot before Gudauri finishes

Pros:

Lokalita na samém vrcholu Gudauri s úžasnými výhledy do údolí. Vhodné na rychlé opuštění města směrem na Stepantsminda. Velmi slušný wellness, otevřený do 22 hodin, v 19:30 jsme tam byli úplně sami. Snídaně nadstandardní, i když trpí nedostatkem prostoru, pokud se sejde více hostů naráz. Pokoje v západním standardu, včetně smart TV a malé ledničky.

Cons:

Nelze nic konkrétního, zaskočila mě doba snídaně až od 9 do 11, ale na další cestě jsme poznali, že to není v Gruzii nic nenormálního.
