The hotel is doing some refurbishment of the hotel bulding so they have some scaffoldings on the bulding form 24/10/2023 to 24/03/2024, rooms are not effected by this. Customer will see the scaffoldings through the window.
A deposit may be required at the property.

the stay were alright we enjoyed the atmosphere and the weather was nice, a bar at the front etc
Pros:

the hotel was just like 5 min walk from where the coach left us.
the staff(Receptionist let us check early and he was friendly with the rest of the team)
we got a different room and it was bigger due to the shower) and we got allowed to check out after 11 pm as we were tired off

I cut short my stay because of the receptionist’s attitude

The receptionist was disgracefully rude towards us! As a gay person the receptionists perception of gay people was offensive in the least and in fact borderline homophobic!

Excellent stay with great views, friendly staff, and outstanding service!
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, the room had a lovely sea view, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always there to help make our stay better. Abanod was especially professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Cons:

There was nothing significant to complain about. We had a pleasant stay.

Il ragazzo alla reception è stato disponibile e gentilissimo ma la pulizia in camera non era delle migliori. Però la stanza era ampia e con una bellissima vista sul mare.
La posizione comodissima per Brighton beach

Cons:

La stanza pulita non benissimo.
Il pavimento era appiccicoso e i tappetini del letto molto sporchi ma è bastato spostarli.

Not the nicest of hotels I've ever stayed in

The location was convenient. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel smelt musty throughout. The corridors and stairwells looked like they hadn't been hoovered in quite a while. The temperature on the shower was not adjustable and was set on a scalding hot temperature

Pros:

The location was close to the seafront and pier with easy access to shops, etc. As I had a single room on the top floor at the back the noise from bars and nighttime venues was faint even with the window open.

Cons:

Although the room and shower room looked newly painted and walls tiled the shower spray was past it's best. The bath towel was small
