Never give up, good things comes soon
Pros:

First of all, the owner is a great men. Very helpful and understanding. The Place design was excellent,, maintain very well.
Doesn't feel as shop lot. Definitely will go again.
Great location as well. Convenient shops around.

Cons:

Just need to maintain a bit more on cleanliness on carpet and washroom. Other than that everything was awesome.

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us (wife, husband & son).
Hot water and an iron were provided at the common area. Snacks were also available for purchase.

The hotel is conveniently located near food stalls, grocery shops, and there is a Mixue just around the corner. Parking spaces were plenty and easy to find.

The hotel staff were also kind enough to provide us with an extra mattress and pillow since I originally booked the room for only 2 persons. We did not expect our son to join the stay as well, so thank you for the thoughtful service.

The mattress, bedsheets, and towels were all clean and smelled fresh.

Cons:

Access to the room was only via stairs.
Toiletries were not provided.
The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell due to poor ventilation.

It was a short stay but comfortable and reasonable rate.
Pros:

The owner himself was cleaning when I was checking in as he mentioned that his workers were on festive leave. He was friendly. Our room bathroom had a werid smell and when I told him, he immediately changed and upgraded our room from 2 twin to queen beds as the occupancy was low. He explained the smell was because of the heat from outside causing it. The new room was good.

Cons:

There was no free welcome water bottle and no hooks to dry the wet towels. The hangers were limited. The wall facing the front of the building in the room had the wetness issue where the paints were all bubbled up so maybe these needs to be rectified.

Insyaallah we will repeat coz it's relaxing, beautiful and clean accommodation
Pros:

The room is clean, the water is flowing well...the mattress is the best...easy to check in and the staff very polite

Cons:

Limited parking and feels unsafe...There is no elevator...if you bring a trolley bag and heavy items, it's tiring to bring it up

Lovely place for staycation (except for its location, and....- see review)
Pros:

Good water pressure in the toilet, got water heater, comfy bed, lovely room decorations (themes), clean room / toilet

Very little space & places to hang clothes / towels...
(No racks, no chairs, no wardrobes, no hooks on the walls...)

*I think all rooms on this property are like this...
I've stayed in the 'Hello Kitty' room before and everything was ok (good water pressure in the toilet, clean room, comfy bed), except for the above (same) issue...

Hopefully the owner will do something about it (i.e. invest in buying & installing some racks). Thank you.
