Замечательный современный отель
Pros:

Прекрасный отель, современный, красивый. Внимателный персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Рядом парк. Недалеко набережная. Отличное расположение для отдыха. С удовольствием посетим отель в следующем путешествии.

Minunată poziție și curățenia care este echivalentă celor 4/5 stele!

Mi-a plăcut f.mult curățenia,camera mare spațioasă,mulțumim lui Redur care ne-a oferit o cameră la o calitate superioară față de ceea ce plătisem.De fapt tot personalul Emre,Aziz ne-a fost de mare ajutor și ne-a îndrumat în toate zonele unde si cum puteam ajunge.Zona este excelentă,se află chiar pe bulevardul principal unde sunt o grămadă de terase și de magazine.Unicul lucru care ar trebui puțin modificat ar fi micul dejun care ar putea să nu mai fie același în fiecare zi,să fie schimbat măcar câte ceva,dar în rest totul a fost perfect.Voi reveni cu siguranță la următoarea venire la Istanbul.

Her detayın özenle düşünüldüğü, huzurlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi.
Pros:

Broyt Hotel’de ikinci kez konaklama fırsatımız oldu ve yine her şey mükemmeldi. Otel son derece temiz, konforlu ve kaliteli bir atmosfere sahip. Tüm personel çok yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi; kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik.

Özellikle kahvaltı bölümündeki ekibe ve Demet Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. İlgi, nezaket ve misafirperverlikleri sayesinde güne çok güzel başladık.

İstanbul’da konforlu ve kaliteli bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Poor quality, had a terrible experience.
Cons:

Booked the penthouse, worst experience of our lives. No room service, no one speaks English, staff not helpful. Not sure how this hotel was labelled as “4 star”. I recently conducted surgery, and had no help whatsoever from the staff. Three hours into check-in, had to abandon our pre paid 5 night penthouse and check in another hotel.

Best Place in the Heart of Istanbul
Pros:

We had stayed in the Loft Suite and everything was perfect. Room cleaned daily, coffee/tea restocked daily and etc. Reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.
