Where should I even begin? During our entire trip we stayed in over a dozen hotels, and this was the only one that left us disappointed. Even the check-in process was problematic. We were asked to contact the hotel before arrival, so we sent our exact arrival time, which they accepted. However, when we arrived, nobody was there, and the entrance itself was very difficult to find. We ended up wasting almost an hour just trying to check in.
The room we were given had no window and smelled of mold coming from the bathroom. The towels were dirty — folding them into swans didn’t make them any cleaner. We asked to change rooms, but the host told us that all the other rooms were occupied and that the one we received was exactly as shown in the photos (?!). I checked Booking.com myself and found another room available — cheaper than the one we had booked. I asked if we could switch while keeping the original price. In the meantime, the owner increased the price on Booking.com by 20% and claimed that the previous price had not been updated. The host’s attitude toward guests also left a lot to be desired. He behaved as though he was doing us a favor.

- there is a window in the wall up high in the bathroom where anyone would be able to climb throug -->no security
- the room looked and felt like we were in prison

Faites attention, deux chambres dans ce logement sont insalubres,(celles du rez-de-chaussée) il nous a été impossible d'y dormir tellement la moisissure et les odeurs étaient importantes. Aucune possibilité d'aération, nous avons eu des migraines dès la première heure. Nous avons du trouver un autre logement et le propriétaire n'en avait rien a faire, il nous a fait croire qu'il allait nous rembourser mais évidemment il ne l'a pas fait.
