Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovation.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, feines Essen, Therme

Cons:

Die Pools sind in schlechtem Zustand, überall fehlen Mosaikplättchen, was zu Verletzungen führen kann. Der Verputz der Decken im Poolbereich löst sich teilweise. Der Preis für eine Nacht im Doppelzimmer mit Halbpension ist mit 400.- viel zu teuer! Alle Getränke kosten extra.

Es war nett fürs erste mal, ein zweites mal kommen wir sicher nicht.
Pros:

Buchung mit Vollpension: das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und auch das Mittag- und Abendessen waren gut und abwechslungsreich. Besten Dank an das Küchenteam!

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht aufmerksam genug. Die Sitzbereiche aussen waren nicht sauber, überall Staub. Bevor man sich hinsetzen konnte musste man zuerst selber sauber machen. Allgemein waren die Essenszeiten nicht ausreichend bemessen. Zudem wenn man zu spät angereist war und das Mittagessen verpasst hat, waren sie nicht flexibel und entgegenkommend, um doch noch etwas anzubieten. Diese Information hat man nirgends erhalten. Bei Vollpension musste man den Kuchen vom Kuchenbuffet extra bezahlen und sowieso alle Getränke. Dass Getränke immer extra kosten steht nur für die Halbpension-, nicht aber für die Vollpension-Buchung.

Es war ein schönes Wochenende. Die Kinder hatten auch Spass am Thermenbad, kommen gerne wieder mal.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker.
Das Mittagessen und Abendessen waren sehr fein, hat uns sehr geschmeckt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Badezimmer ist der Haartrockner sehr ungünstig platziert.
