Good but sloppy
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice swimming pool, good wifi and TV.

The rooms are spacious and look very nice.

Cons:

It's a bit sloppy... The pool is only open from 10am-8pm, and then we weren't allowed in at 3pm because they were cleaning it... The building seems a bit rushed? A door handle came off, the shower pressure was low because half the mini showerheads were filled with crust, the toilet paper holder was loose as well.

The breakfast had great variety, but nothing was cooled. It lasts from 8-10am, but by 9am the products were lukewarm (stale yoghurt, cold sausages). Also, the coffee isn't befitting a 5 star hotel. You get Nescafé dissolvable coffee bags, but at breakfast the hot water was already cold so it didn't dissolve.

Lastly the parking is a bit clumsy. A few spots right on the big road, and you can't properly drive off. The location is quite far from the old town or beach (like 40 minutes walk with no shade) so car is advised, but a pain to traverse the parking lot.

Besprekorno čist hotel, predivna hrana i odlična lokacija. Ono što ga zaista izdvaja jeste osoblje , toliko ljubazni, srdačni i pozitivni ljudi da se od prvog trenutka osećate dobrodošlo. Njihova predivna energija i gostoprimstvo učinili su naš boravak nezaboravnim.

Pros:

The hotel is brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect, but the absolute highlight was the staff. A huge, special thanks to Ajla and Fatjona! The two of them are wonderful, incredibly kind, professional, and always wearing the biggest smiles. Also, the housekeeper was so sweet and kept our room absolutely perfect. Their amazing energy made our stay truly special. We will definitely come back!

Смачні сніданки та різноманітні , красивий хол та столова , зручний доглянутий басейн

Cons:

Таракани були , таких великих не бачила в своєму житті . Номер зі зламаним умивальником , злив , та був не надійно прикріплений (тобто зламаний ) . Злив в душі не працював , постійно набиралась вода.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

Bon établissement, neuf manque encore de quelques équipements ( porte serviette, niche pour produits d’hygiène) très bon petit déjeuner mais manque un peu de sucré. Mention spécial pour la femme de ménage malgré la barrière de la langue femme de ménage attentionnée et au petit soin.
