I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was very kind, understanding, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The only good thing was the breakfast. After asking reception four times, they finally removed the tape that was covering our ventilation on the afternoon of day 3 — completely unacceptable to begin with.

The room key card also controlled all electricity in the room, including the AC and fridge. Even running at max, the fridge couldn’t keep ice cream from melting. The AC had its own separate switch. We asked for a second room key so the power wouldn’t shut off every time we left, since taking your key with you cuts all electricity. The room itself looked run down — the second door was completely covered in tape.

The bathroom only had shampoo, soap, and dish soap provided — though I’m not even sure the “shampoo” was real shampoo, since it was watery, like it had been diluted 1:3 to 1:5, and my son developed a lot of dandruff from it. After we insisted on the second key card, housekeeping made a point of switching off the power in our room, so in mid-July they made sure the room got as hot as possible and everything in the fridge melted. Unacceptable for a 3-star hotel.

Hotel con ubicación perfecta pero habitaciones a mejorar.
Pros:

La ubicación para visitar Estambul es perfecta, muy cerca de Santa Sofía, las mezquita azul y el Bósforo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son correctas pero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos habían dejado infusiones y Nescafé pero no había hervidor... El personal amable y atento a todas las peticiones.

Ubicación y amabilidad perfecta! Desayuno mal!
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, amabilidad y hospitalidad que tenían con nosotros. Prácticamente ni usemos el transporte público visitemos de todo caminando, mucho pero valió la pena porque vimos de todo. También tengo que reconoces que el restaurante del hotel está súper bien a demás te hacen un 10% de descuento y tiene mejor precios que otros sitios.

Cons:

Lo peor fue el desayuno, dejaba mucho que desear la verdad.
