Limpio y confortable
El personal de recepción muy poco amigables. Llegué a las 7am y me querían cobrar por 5 horas el precio de todo un día y encima sin incluirme el desayuno, a pesar de que tenían habitaciones disponibles. No querían realizarme el check-in early a las 12:00 tal cual figuraba en la reserva. Tuve que escribir a booking y finalmente cedieron. El personal de recepción informó al manager que yo era un cliente conflictivo y en los dos días que estuve nadie se dirigió a hablar nunca conmigo, ni preguntarme ni cómo estaba porque el personal de recepción habló mal de mi. El último día quise reservar por dos días más y mientras desayunaba, el manager interrrumpió mi desayuno y delante de todos los clientes poco menos que yo no había estado contento en el hotel, inventándose cosas del día anterior que no habían sucedido. Me fui y no reservé dos noches más. Necesitan formación urgente en atención al cliente.

スタッフの皆さんはとても良い感じの人達でした。
毎日の清掃もきれいにしてくれていたと思います。
朝食のメニューは、品数は少なく感じるかもしれないけれど、十分だと思われます。
味も良かったです。
シャワーの水圧や温度も、かろうじて合格かな。
エアコンも良く効いてました。
部屋はカードキーで、そのキーを壁のところに挿すとすべての電源が入るという、よくある感じなのですが、
このホテルに限らずいつも思う事なのですが、
冷蔵庫の電源だけは常時電源にすることはできないのだろうか？
冷蔵庫の中に有料のドリンクが入っているのだけど、昼間に観光している間に冷蔵庫の電源が切れるから冷えてないんですよね。
冷蔵庫だけでも常時電源につながっていると良いなと思われます。
ともあれ、全体的に良い滞在ができるホテルであると思いました。
私にとって不快な虫を1匹だけ、小さいのを見かけました。

As always the stay is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Common areas very nice.
Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly when first arrived however did not have much to do with them after. Breakfast was good, good selection of Asian food. Did not use the pool looked small. Location a bit out so best to get tuk tuks
Good location, big room very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good and the restaurant of the hotel is good and no pricy. The staff is very friendly
Le petit déjeuné était incroyable. La chambre spacieuse avec un lit King size et la salle de bain bien équipée.
Location was great. Plenty of restaurants, bus services, cruise terminal were all close by. Easy walk to Royal Palace.
The room was clean, the bed very comfortable with good pillows. The room was dark for a good sleep. There was very little noise.
There was no hot water. The shower head was difficult to direct and the shower was over a bath tub. This makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower.
The staff were lovely and friendly. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. Excellent shower.
Rooms at the front copped quite a bit of traffic noise .

Friendliness and cleanliness. Big rooms and large balconies. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The pool tiles could do with a bit of a wipe over.
The position is good for those wanting to be a little distant from the riverside part of the city, which tends to be very busy. Staff were very friendly and have good English skills. Good value for money. The small gym and small pool on the rooftop were appreciated and the view was good.
The breakfast choice overall was sufficient, but the "hot" food choices were no more than lukewarm.
