Pros:

Apartament czysty, zadbany. Przestronne sypialnie Dostęp do części basenowej i siłowni. Blisko plaży. Blisko dużego sklepu. Obsługa przemiła i pomocna o każdej godzinie, szczerze polecam rodzinom z dziećmi

300 euro deposit required, not well cleaned
Pros:

Lovely high ceilings and modern design of our ground floor apartment, lovely bedroom designs and comfortable beds and bathrooms. The beach is lovely and many nice restaurants around. Very close to the tram, which is a lovely way to travel to and from Alicante. Lovely pool area and kids play park.

Cons:

Asked for a cot 4 times and didn’t get one so our toddler had to sleep in our bed.
Unwashed floors, leading to black socks, it was swept/hoovered but not actually clean for our stay. Thick dust on skirting boards, kettle with rust inside. Mentioned this and a cleaner was sent the next day.
Deposit required to be aware of, as this does make the experience more stressful as you start looking at all the damage to walls and marks etc and needing to take photos incase they want to charge you for it, which isn’t relaxing.

Precioso lugar, tienen que invertir en mejorar las instalaciones eléctricas.
Pros:

Nos pareció precioso el departamento y las instalaciones. Amplio, bien equipado y también la ubicación cercana al mar, restaurantes y supermercado.

Cons:

El problema fue el suministro de energía eléctrica. A cada momento bajaba los fusibles, nunca se solucionó, a pesar de los reclamos. No pudimos lavar ropas, ni siquiera pudimos ver una película completa. Ni decir de utilizar dos artefactos (horno y tostadora). Falta enseres en la cocina. Pedimos mantas, las de verano y dijeron que no había. Pedimos, de ser posible toallas para llevar a la playa, tampoco fue proveída.
