Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and services. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated.

The food was also very good, with a nice variety and quality. I would especially like to thank Irfan at the reception desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude. He made the check-in process smooth and was always willing to assist whenever needed.

Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

This is my second time at the property. The location, the hospitality of the staff and the breakfast are top notch!

Cons:

First the room I booked online had the description of a sofa bed, however there were only sofas and not a sofa bed. Hence the online description was misleading. Second, the room we were provided this time was recently emptied and had a strong smell of weed and cigarette that was embedded in it. The staff tried to deal with it by spraying air freshener which didn’t do much and it stayed there throughout our 2 night stay. Furthermore the room was not properly cleaned.
