There was nothing I particularly liked about this hotel.
Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
During my two-night stay, my room was never cleaned, even though I did not place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door at any time. No one came to clean the room, replace towels, replenish amenities, or even check if I needed anything. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism in both housekeeping and guest service.
On the day of check-out, I called the reception and asked them to send someone to help with my luggage. No one came, and no one even followed up. It felt as though there was nobody managing the hotel. In the end, I had to carry all my luggage downstairs by myself.
To make matters worse, the room rate is far too expensive for what this hotel offers. The property is very ordinary, and the quality of the rooms and service simply does not justify the price.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
An absolutely outstanding stay! The breakfast spread was truly exceptional, featuring a delightful variety of freshly baked items, refreshing juices, and an impressive selection of both continental and authentic desi dishes, all expertly prepared by the chef. Paired with a range of premium coffee and tea options, the entire experience was elevated by a vibrant and inviting ambiance.
The location is simply unbeatable—nestled in the prestigious F-6 sector, with seamless access to high-end shopping, fine dining, and key city attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Thoughtful amenities, including elevator access, ensure ease and convenience for all guests, including the elderly.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and services. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated.
The food was also very good, with a nice variety and quality. I would especially like to thank Irfan at the reception desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude. He made the check-in process smooth and was always willing to assist whenever needed.
Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
