Pros:

Es un hospedaje diferente con una muy adecuada ubicaciòn. Calle tranquila y segura.

Cons:

Tuve que esperar mucho tiempo y comunicarme para lograr accesar, comentan que de forma automàtica se envìan claves que ni en el spam aparecieron, en fin. Hay una TV que no se puede ver absolutamente nada, ni siquiera You Tube como me dijeron, es un servicio bàsico en la cdmx en temporada de lluvias.

The location is perfect. We love the Del Carmen neighborhood.

Cons:

The unit had mold in the bathroom and a horrible smell. The pictures look nice but when you are in it, it is lacking care and maintenance.

Tiene una muy buena ubicacion, la habitacion es comoda y buena decoracion.

El unico detalle es que el Check out es muy temprano y se escucha mucho el.ñ ruido de las otras habitaciones.

Está muy cerca de el centro de Coyoacán y es muy segura la calle donde se encuentra

Nice Spot in Coyoacan
Pros:

Location fantastic..Easy check in.. Pet friendly with a simple fee.. Private street , easy to park and access the facility

Cons:

Our rooms have some pretty dangerous Spiral staircases to the second floor. Anyone can fall off those steps in a heartbeat.
The bathrooms in the room are in a secondfloor space, but with no door, which is weird

Un accueil chaleureux dans un cocon en plein coeur de Coyoacan.
Pros:

Les personnes qui sont en charge de ce lieu sont des perles .
Le lieu est charmant et coupé de l'énergie du quartier. On se sent dans un petit cocon très agréable.

Cons:

Il y a peu de choses à dire. Possiblement que les chambres sont collées donc on peut entendre ses voisins mais c'est un peu pareil partout donc ce n'est pas un enjeu du tout.

Cons:

The bed was pretty hard. 2 of the three showers i took were cold, hot water was temperamental. There was a smell coming from the bathroom. No window in the actual bed area, window was in the attached bathroom.
