Great location and fantastic facilities with very hospitable staff
Pros:

Ultimately it was the staff who were very welcoming and accommodated every need and requirement, truly magnificent staff you have and very friendly as well.

Pros:

The hotel is centrally located. Everything was within walking distance. It's very near to the train and bus station. Our room was a good size . The bed was comfortable .We also had a balcony facing the mountain. The bathroom was also spacious and we were provided with all the essential toiletries.The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I wished we had a walk in shower instead of tub/shower combination.The shower was very awkwardly placed as you have to squeezed yourself in the corner of the tub so that water doesn't spillover or it can cause flooding on the floor.The water drain in the tub is very slow as well.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la gare d'Interlaken West, dans une des rues principales, très central, mais néanmoins très calme en ce qui concerne les chambres côté cour. Le personnel à l'accueil est charmant et très disponible parlant à la fois anglais, allemand, français, italien... Tout est accessible de l'hôtel : restaurants, office de tourisme, bus, supérette.

Judit at the reception was the best !!! Vey helpful and gave us great tips for things to do in interlaken

Lots of flies while you are having breakfast
Mattresses need to be changed , too soft
