zeer mooie kamer, licht, mooi uitzicht op het park, de stilte, ( perfect geïsoleerd wat betreft het straatlawaai)

Left straight away
Pros:

unable to answer due to arriving at the property and leaving straight away.

Cons:

Unfortunately the massive road works outside made entering and leaving the property very problematic.
On arrival it was impossible to park near the apartment , we had to walk down a long slope hill with uneven path which was very hard to pull your suitcases on ( my suitcase wheel broke due to very uneven pathway)
The apartment was just for the two of us so if you have children I would absolutely advise against this apartment due to the difficulty of taxi parking and managing cases etc.
Luckily with had our Portuguese relative with us and he was able to find the apartment and park .
On arrival apartment was clean and presentable but I would rate it a two to three star.
Once we arrived we realised this property would not be suitable for any taxi pick up and maybe impossible for them to even find the apartment or park .
We did not stay and had to pay for somewhere else to stay .
May I just add leaving and dragging our cases back up a hilly slope was also not desirable ( hard work )
If you are a young backpacker with not much luggage and just want a clean bed for a few nights then it may perfect for you.
I would not usually write a review but felt I needed to due to how bad access is .
So please if you have children or are disabled this is not the place for you .

Wenn Coimbra, dann gerne wieder hier!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, zwischen Altstadt und Uni. Leider ist rundherum z. Zt. eine Riesenbaustelle. Wer mit dem Auto kommt sollte sich unbedingt eine App zum parken runterladen, z.B. EasyPark

Estaba muy limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. Muy cerca del centro. Hay calles cerca donde aparcar sin problema gratis.

Pros:

Our room was spacious and clean in a wonderful location. We loved the view of the courtyard, and felt like we had a luxurious retreat to come back to after a day of exploring beautiful Coimbra.

Pensé que había reservado un bajo con terraza y resultó un tercer piso sin ascensor y con claraboyas en lugar de ventana

La cama era muy cómoda

Cons:

Las escaleras hasta un tercer piso con maletas, la falta de ventanas reales, y la publicidad engañosa, y no tener el pre aviso antes de pagar de que estaba toda la zona en obras y con mucho ruido por el día de las obras y por la noche las fiestas de los estudiantes

Pros:

Bem localizado, com o equipamento necessário para uma estadia agradável.

Cons:

Apesar da boa localização, a rua onde se encontra o alojamento está interdita devido a obras, dificultando o deslocamento.

Un bel posto in cui ritornare

Vecchio stabile ristrutturato con gusto, situato in zona centrale, letto comodo, bagno pulito e funzionale. caffè espresso ottimo.

Cons:

La via è attualmente interessata da lavori di riqualificazione urbana che creano qualche disturbo

Happy with LAA studios.
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet, had all kitchen facilities for a studio, the bathroom and shower were spacious and the host was super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The bathroom needs a support for the toilet paper. There are road works around the neighbourhood which make the property a bit less accessible. We hope they will end soon.
