Konumu Harika, Hizmeti Ve Odaları Yetersiz
Pros:

Cunda Otel’e geçen yıl yaptığımız ziyaret sonrası çok memnun kaldığımız için bu yıl beklentiyle tekrar gittik; fakat ne yazık ki aynı deneyimi ve kaliteyi bulamadık. Konumun güzelliği, deniz ve kumsal alanı yine harika olsa da otelin genel durumu ve hizmet anlayışı ciddi şekilde gerilemiş.

Cons:

Odalar iyice eskimiş ve banyo/tesisat alanlarında paslanmalar göze çarpıyor. Tesisin acilen geniş kapsamlı bir renove edilmeye ihtiyacı var. Çift olarak konaklamamıza rağmen bize iki tekli yatak birleştirilerek sunuldu. Yataklar rahat olmadığı için konforlu bir uyku uyuyamadık.
Personel yardımseverlikten uzaktı. Müşteri memnuniyetine kesinlikle önem verilmediğini ve geçen yıla kıyasla hizmet kalitesinin belirgin şekilde düştüğünü üzülerek gözlemledik.
Geçen yılki güzel anılarımız nedeniyle tercih ettiğimiz bu tesiste bu defa hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Konum ve plaj ne kadar güzel olursa olsun, odalar yenilenmeden ve müşteri odaklı bir hizmet anlayışı benimsenmeden tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, alles köstlich (Essen, Cocktails).. Der Strand ein Traum.. Wir fahren da auf jeden Fall nochmal hin :)

Cons:

Möbel vielleicht leicht veraltet und etwas staubig und kein WLAN im Zimmer (Problem für die Tennager vor allem)

Pros:

Arkadaşımla beraber tüm hayallerimizi karşıladı biz çok memnun kaldık, özellikle lokasyonu ve sakinliği harikaydı. Personeli son derece güler yüzlü ve saygılı. Artık Cunda’da tek adresimiz olacak. Harikaydı ve teşekkür ediyorum.

Pros:

Cunda merkeze gerçekten yakın ve giriş kat odalardan direkt sahile inip denize inebiliyorsunuz. Bunun eksi tarafında akşamları araba için park problemi olabiliyor, dolayısıyla otelden gezmek için ayrılıp akşam dönüş yaptığınızda park yeri bulamayabilirsiniz.

Cons:

İskeledeki merdivende biraz problem var, merdiven boşluklarına parmaklarını sıkışabilir ve yaralanabilir, eşim de ayak parmağını yaraladı, resepsiyona söyledik ama pek ilgilenmediler. Merdivende de bir düzenleme yapacaklarını düşünmüyorum.

Great place to unwind
Pros:

Excellent location with beautiful beach.
Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Room was spacious for 3 adults, clean and excellent shower pressure.
Lots of places to eat on the beach, the food at the hotel was tasty and very well priced

Recomand tuturor acest hotel pentru locatie,locația sa,curățenie și servicii!
Pros:

Curățenie,personal amabil,tot timpul cu zâmbetul pe buze,săritori să explice lucruri,pentru cei cu mașină, au parcare privată, mâncarea foarte bună, mic dejun diversificat,ca locație este pe malul marii,acesta este un mare plus din punctul meu de vedere,ieși din cameră și intri în mare!Ai șezlonguri din partea hotelului gratuite,aer condiționat în cameră!

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Our room was lovely and peaceful, the view was awesome, all the staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was so delicious every morning. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
