Very disappointing and expensive.

Cons:

Apartment booked was Damaged, not clean, air conditioner and vents filthy. Furniture broken, blocked drain. We were moved to another unit which was not much better, was a very musky smell had to clean plates, glasses and utensils before use. Again air conditioning dirty had to clean the vents our self before use and mould around the bottom of the shower. Did discuss this on checkout with staff. We were told. It’s just because the building is old and needs updating.

Would have been 10/10 if it was cleaned properly
Pros:

The property is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk away from central station, the pool was fantastic the kids loved it, the room was a good size, plenty of space for the family and a great view from the balcony

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was not very clean at all, the space as tidy but the surfaces were dirty and there was a lot of mold on the bathrooms especially the showers and in the washing machine. I had to buy washing machine cleaner and give it a very good clean before it could be used. A lot of built up dust and just grime all throughout the apartment

It’s in walking range of what is important in Brisbane.

Close to Central Station and right beside a Metro Shopping Centre

The couch needs to go! The cushions have lost all support

Pros:

The location of the apartments is great being close to ferries, the city and Woolies, etc. The view from the balcony of the churches is great. The apartment suited our needs for the weekend but could do with some TLC.

Cons:

One of the lounge chairs has a broken leg - white chair. The microwave is quite low.

Overall good for the price.
Pros:

Good location. The room was comfortable and the pool was great.

Cons:

It is a cheaper price, so I expected it to be a little dated. However, the couch had multiple stains, most dishes were dirty, which was probably caused by the dishwasher not working properly because it had things stuck in the sprayer arms. The air conditioner was also very noisy.

It was okay
Pros:

The location to the city and to public transport was great.

Cons:

The ceilings had bugs, which had not been cleaned for each visit. Please ask your cleaners to look up as well as down.

The bedsheets on one of the single beds had blood stains and when we asked for it to be removed, we got sheets delivered but the bed was not remade. It was a bit disappointing!
