Pros:

Espaço interno, lavanderia, cozinha tudo funcionando muito bem. Bem perto de tudo, trem, Ferry e supermercado em baixo do prédio, super prático.

Cons:

A limpeza poderia estar um pouco melhor, mas nada que atrapalhe muito.

Central and convenient.
Pros:

The location of the apartments was terrific for us, with a shopping centre next door, and an easy walk to a ferry stop, the town centre and central railway station.

Cons:

We booked a two bedroom apartment that was generally comfortable and provided all that we needed, but it was showing signs of age with some of the fittings and furniture ready for refurbishment.

Pros:

the decorations in the room, the location and overall it was a comfy stay

Cons:

the kitchen wear, like plates, cutlery etc were not clean and there was some other small spots around the room that weren’t clean, also got given a key that didn’t work so got locked out of the room for a good 20 minutes until we got someone to come up and give us a new key

Convenient location large bedrooms
Pros:

Good location, comfortable and roomy

Cons:

The couch needs to be changed it's very worn out and dirty.
Some of the dishes were greasy, and we had to wash them before use.
The lock in the main door should be changed to a self lock one. Or place a sign to remind guests to change the latch to 'locked ' before leaving .

Basic, simple, mostly clean, short walk to CBD
Pros:

Location, Woolies next door, short walk into CBD and waterfront, easy access to public transport, everything needed was in the apartment, balcony view great.

Cons:

The old, rusty, stuffy appearance of the apartment, tile floor and carpet needed deep cleaning, the bathroom was old and rusty. The street noise gets into the rooms, Free wifi rather slow
