Pros:

Room clean, comfortable and spacious. Location 5mins away from airport + free shuttle provided which was much appreciated. Didn't get to use either pool or gym unfortunately. 2 key cards provided on check-in.

Cons:

Spa didn't open until 12 Noon. Reservation system confusing for facilities and staff struggled to clearly advise what opens, when. Poor communication around shuttle.

What a beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, large comfortable room with a balcony, excellent breakfast with lots of vegetarian options, charming large rooftop pool with terrific views of mountains and rice fields, very friendly staff, very convenient free shuttle to the airport.

L’hôtel est sympa
La piscine est superbe avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et les rizières.
Le personne est sympa.

Cons:

Je ne recommande pas le restaurant, le service est très lent et les plats ne sont pas exceptionnels. J’ai commandé une salade César qui était mauvaise, il n’y avait que des feuilles de salade et un œuf avec une tranche de pain. Pas de poulet, j’ai dû ajouter en supplément des crevettes et quand le plat est arrivé il y avait 5 minuscules crevettes. Les calamars frits étaient bon mais les portions trop petites.

Autre point négatif, l’odeur forte d’humidité et de moisissures dans la chambre à cause de la climatisation mal entretenue. J’ai prévenu le personnel qui a réglé le problème mais l’hôtel devrait être plus vigilant sur l’entretien des aérations.

Und charmantes Hotel, aber nahe am Flughafen
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Flughafen! Ansonsten ist es ein 08 15 Hotel, die Millionen andere auf der Welt. Der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach schließt um 18:00 Uhr!

Und den Balkon zu nutzen, muss man eine Erklärung unterschreiben. Öffnungszeiten des Swimmingpools. Das Restaurant

Nous avons bien aimé les personnelles qui sont tous très souriants, les chambres très agréable et jolie décorées. Le petit-déjeuner bien complet et délicieux. Tout était très bien et je vais retourner dans deux mois.

Pros:

I loved the Nordic minimalism married to traditional Javanese interior and ambiance. And ai simply adored the wonderful personal. They made me feel welcomed and cared for. They literally walked the second mile for me. Last but not least the door that opened on a balcony was a VERY big winner.

Cons:

The food and drinks were not great. I also had an unfortunate experience in that the real price of my mocktail differed from the price on the menu. According to the waiter this was because the menu was dated. It was not a lot of money, but it is, I think, still unacceptable
